Based on data from the China Land Economic Survey(CLES)from 2020 to 2022,this study employs a two-way fixed effects model to empirically analyze the impact and mechanisms of high-quality seed services on farmers'income.The results show that high-quality seed services significantly boost farmers'income,with adoption increasing average income by approximately 25％.Mechanism analysis indicates that high-quality seed services boost farmers'income by reducing agricultural inputs increasing crop yields,and improving agricultural production efficiency.Moderation effect analysis indicates that land scale positively moderates the relationship between high-quality seed services and farmers'income,whereas agricultural technology training does not have a significant moderating effect.Heterogeneity analysis shows that high-quality seed services provided by government agricultural extension departments and specialized agricultural technology service agencies,as well as those that are paid for by farmers and receive higher satisfaction ratings exhibit more pronounced income-increasing effects.Accordingly,it is recommended that the promotion of high-quality seed services should be intensified,the transformation of service models be continuously advanced toward marketization,specialization,and standardization,and the deep integration of high-quality seed services be promoted with modern agricultural industrial chains.
