多因素联动效应对蔬菜种植大户物联网技术采纳意愿的驱动机制OACHSSCD
Driving mechanism of multi-factor interaction effects on adoption of IoT technology among large and specialized vegetable farmers:a qualitative comparative analysis based on fuzzy sets
基于江西省349份调查数据,运用技术-组织-环境(TOE)理论框架,采用fsQCA方法对蔬菜种植大户物联网技术采纳意愿进行组态分析,系统探究蔬菜种植大户物联网技术采纳意愿的组态模式及其驱动路径.结果表明:高采纳意愿的形成不存在单一必要条件,需依赖多因素协同作用;形成高物联网技术采纳意愿的组态共有9条,可归纳为"技术-组织"互补驱动型、"技术-环境"双元驱动型、"技术-组织-环境"全要素驱动型、"组织"驱动型等4类;科技素养在多数组态中以核心条件出现,呈现出跨组态的普适性;大户科技素养与复杂性、感知成本存在互补关系,感知成本与政府支持存在潜在替代关系.据此,建议农业相关部门协同发力,统筹多维要素优化政策设计,结合农户差异化特征实施精准推广策略,提升农户科技素养,降低物联网技术的采纳成本,进而推动传统农业的转型升级.
Based on 349 survey responses from Jiangxi province,this study employs the Technology-Or-ganization-Environment(TOE)theoretical framework and the fsQCA method to conduct a configuration analy-sis of large and specialized vegetable farmers'willingness to adopt IoT technology and systematically explore the configuration patterns and driving pathways of this willingness.The results show that the formation of high adoption willingness does not rely on a single necessary condition but rather on the synergistic interaction of multiple factors.There are nine configurations that lead to a high willingness to adopt IoT technology,which can be categorized into four types:"technology-organization"complementary driven,"technology-environ-ment"dual driven,"technology-organization-environment"all-factor driven,and"organization"driven.Tech-nological literacy appears as a core condition in most configurations,demonstrating cross-configuration univer-sality.Technological literacy exhibits a complementary relationship with complexity and perceived costs;and perceived costs and government support exhibit a potential substitution relationship.Based on these findings,it is recommended that relevant agricultural authorities coordinate their efforts and integrate multi-dimensional factors to optimize policy design,implement targeted promotion strategies tailored to farmers'diverse charac-teristics,and enhance farmers'technological literacy and reduce the adoption costs of IoT technology,thereby driving the transformation and upgrading of traditional agriculture.
