Generative Artificial Intelligence Empowering Rural Teachers'Interdisciplinary Teaching Competence:Mechanisms,Risks and Optimization Pathways

生成式人工智能范式的兴起与演进给乡村教师带来新机遇.其通过认知负荷的转移与降低、认知框架的拓展与重构、创新实践的激发与支持、人机协同的迭代与进化四大作用机理,系统赋能乡村教师在跨学科教学设计、实施、评价和乡土资源整合等方面的胜任力.这种赋能过程伴随多重潜在风险,可能引发概念性思维与教学创造力的结构性旁落、情境化互动与乡土知识再生产的脱嵌危机、多元价值性与过程洞察性的技术性窄化、地方性知识建构主体的移位与合法性危机.通过"价值锚定与伦理内化,确立'教师主体性'的赋能基石""过程重构与能力聚焦,面向胜任力维度的精准干预""生态支撑与协同治理,构建'可持续赋能'的支持系统"等纾解路径来规避上述风险,让乡村教师能够在人机协同中实现跨学科教学胜任力的质变与可持续发展.

The rise and evolution of the generative artificial intelligence paradigm bring new opportunities to rural teachers.Generative artificial intel-ligence empowers rural teachers'competence in cross-disciplinary teaching design,implementation,evaluation,and integration of local resources through four major mechanisms:the transfer and reduction of cognitive load,the expansion and reconstruction of cognitive frameworks,the stimulation and support of innovative practices,and the iteration and evolution of human-machine collaboration.However,this empowerment process is accompanied by multiple potential risks,including the structural marginalization of conceptual thinking and teaching creativity,the disembedding of contextual interaction and the reproduction of local knowledge,the technological narrowing of value diversity and process insight,and the displacement and legitimacy crisis of local knowledge construction subjects.To address these challenges,this study proposes several mitigation strategies,including anchoring educational values and internalizing ethical principles to reinforce teacher subjectivity as the foundation of empowerment;reconstructing instructional processes and targeting com-petence-based interventions;and strengthening ecological support and collaborative governance to build a sustainable empowerment system.These efforts aim to enable rural teachers to achieve transformative and sustainable development in interdisciplinary teaching competence through effective human-ma-chine collaboration.
