数智赋能开放教育思政育人增值评价的理论蕴含与实践进路OACHSSCD

Value-added evaluation of ideological and political education in open education,empowered by digital intelligence,seeks to identify the"net effect"generated by teachers,schools,etc.on students' ideological dynamics and behavioral progress through intelligent technology.To facilitate the observation of this"net effect",a theoretical framework has been constructed around the"net value-added"of digital and intelligent technologies empow-ering ideological and political qualities and the"emergent volume"of ideological and political education activities.Based on an analysis of the practical problems and challenges facing the"net value-added"and"emergent volume"in open education,this study proposes implementation strategies for value-added evaluation of ideological and political education in open education supported by digital and intelligent technologies,outlines the design of an evalu-ation model,and explores the interactive and progressive relationship between these two dimensions.
