高蜡原油低温初始蜡沉积特性实验与模拟研究OA

Experimental and modeling investigation on initial wax deposition characteristics of highly waxy crude oil under low-temperature conditions

为探明高含蜡原油在低壁温条件下的蜡沉积特性及机理,本文基于自主研发的Couette蜡沉积实验装置,详细研究了高含蜡长庆原油初始蜡沉积特性,发现相对于传统的以分子扩散机理为主的蜡沉积过程,初始凝胶化过程速度极快,且形成的蜡沉积物结构均一,组成与本体原油一致.从传热和原油凝胶化的角度分析了凝胶化沉积动力学过程,建立了传热与凝胶化机理耦合的含蜡原油凝胶化沉积模型,并通过实验验证了模型的精度(低于6.6%).该研究将有助于深化对蜡沉积的认识,提高对蜡沉积的预测精度.

In order to explore the wax deposition characteristics and mechanism of high waxy crude oil under low wall temperature conditions,this paper detailly investigated the initial wax deposition char-acteristics of high-waxy Changqing crude oil based on the self-developed Couette wax deposition exper-imental device.It is found that the initial gelation process is extremely fast compared to the traditional wax deposition process dominanted by the molecular diffusion mechanism.Moreover,the formed wax deposition has a homogeneous structure and its composition was consistent with the bulk oil.The ge-lation deposition process was analyzed from the aspect of heat transfer and crude oil gelation.A waxy crude oil gelation deposition model coupled with heat transfer and gelation mechanism was estab-lished.The accuracy of the model was verified through experiments(lower than 6.6%).This work will help further the understanding of wax deposition and improve the prediction accuracy of wax dep-osition.
