江苏省县域农业生态效率的时空演化特征及非线性驱动机制OA

Spatio-temporal evolution characteristics and nonlinear driving mechanism of county-scale agricultural eco-efficiency in Jiangsu province

提高农业生态效率是加快推进农业全面绿色转型、实现农业高质量发展的关键路径.基于含非期望产出的超效率松弛变量度量(SBM)模型,定量测度2006-2022年江苏省县域农业生态效率,结合Dagum基尼系数分解法全面厘清其时空动态演化规律,采用极端梯度提升树算法与可解释性方法组合(XGBoost-SHAP)模型探究农业生态效率的非线性驱动机制.结果表明:研究期内,江苏省及苏南、苏中和苏北地区农业生态效率总体均呈上升态势,其中苏南效率提升速度高于苏中和苏北;在空间格局方面,由低效率集聚主导向高效率集聚主导演变,总体差异主要来源(以2010年为界)由地区间差异转变为超变密度;人均农作物播种面积、耕地破碎化指数、复种指数、种植业生产集聚度是农业生态效率的关键驱动因子.其中,人均农作物播种面积和复种指数分别以1.9 hm2·人-1、1.1为阈值,对农业生态效率产生先抑后扬的"U"型影响,而耕地破碎化指数以0.28为阈值,呈现倒"U"型影响,种植业生产集聚度则以0.01和0.03为阈值,呈先升后降再升的"N"型特征.研究结果可为江苏省制定农业绿色转型政策、优化农业生产要素配置提供科学依据.

Enhancing agricultural eco-efficiency was a crucial pathway for accelerating the comprehensive green transi-tion of agricultural development and achieving high-quality agricultural growth.Based on the super-efficiency slack-based measure(SBM)model with undesirable outputs,this research quantitatively assessed the agricultural eco-efficiency at the county level in Jiangsu Province from 2006 to 2022.The study meticulously examined its spatio temporal evolution pat-terns using the Dagum Gini coefficient decomposition method,and employed the eXtreme gradient boosting-sHapley addi-tive exPlanations(XGBoost-SHAP)model to probe into the nonlinear mechanisms driving the efficiency.The results indi-cated that during the study period,agricultural eco-efficiency showed an overall upward trend both at the provincial level and across three major regions,with Southern Jiangsu exhibiting a more rapid improvement than Central and Northern Jiangsu.Spatially,the distribution evolved from being predominantly characterized by low-efficiency agglomeration to high-efficiency agglomeration.With 2010 as the dividing line,the main source of the overall difference shifted from inter-regional differences to hypervariable density.Key driving factors of agricultural eco-efficiency included per capita sown ar-ea,cultivated land fragmentation index,multiple cropping index,and the degree of crop production concentration.Specif-ically,the per capita sown area and the multiple cropping index exhibited U-shaped impacts on efficiency,with threshold values of 1.9 hm2·person-1 and 1.1,respectively,initially suppressing and later promoting efficiency.Conversely,the cultivated land fragmentation index demonstrated an inverted U-shaped relationship,with a threshold of 0.28.The degree of crop production concentration showed an N-shaped relationship with thresholds at 0.01 and 0.03,characterized by an initial increase,followed by a decrease,and then a rebound.This study provided a scientific basis for Jiangsu Province to formulate policies for agricultural green transformation and to optimize the allocation of agricultural production factors.
