为明确不同类型盐胁迫对春小麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,本研究以内蒙古河套灌区春小麦主要栽培品种永良4号和农麦2号为试验材料,设置3种类型(中性盐、碱性盐和复合盐)不同浓度梯度盐胁迫试验,测定种子萌发特性、幼苗生长及其生物量积累情况,计算各指标的耐盐临界值和极限浓度值,评估不同品种的盐害等级并进行胁迫离子冗余分析和偏最小二乘结构方程构建与分析.结果表明,不同类型盐胁迫对2个小麦品种种子萌发与幼苗生长均产生不同程度的抑制作用,具体表现为碱性盐胁迫(Na2CO3、NaHCO3)>复合盐胁迫(NaCl、Na2SO4、Na2CO3和NaHCO3)>中性盐胁迫(NaCl和Na2SO4);不同类型盐胁迫离子的效应表现为阳离子(Na+)>碱性阴离子(CO32-、HCO3-)>中性阴离子(SO42-、Cl-).不同春小麦品种对不同类型盐胁迫的响应也不同,在中性盐胁迫和碱性盐胁迫下,农麦2号和永良4号的耐盐临界均值和极限浓度均值没有显著差异(P>0.05);在复合盐胁迫下品种间差异显著(P<0.05);此外,2个品种的种子发芽性能对幼苗地上部性状的影响存在显著差异(P<0.05).总体来看,农麦2号小麦从种子萌发到幼苗阶段应对不同类型盐胁迫的能力较永良4号更好.上述研究结果为春小麦抗盐机理研究与耐盐新品种选育提供了重要参考.

To clarify the effects of different types of salt stress on seed germination and seedling growth of spring wheat,this study used two main spring wheat varieties(Yongliang 4 and Nongmai 2)cultivated in the Hetao Irrigation District of Inner Mongolia as experimental materials.Three types of salt stress(neutral salt,alkaline salt,and composite salt)were applied at different concentration gradients.Seed germination characteristics,seedling growth,and biomass accumulation were measured.The salt tolerance threshold and limiting concentra-tion value for each index were calculated.The salt damage grades of different varieties were evaluated,and redundancy analysis of stress ions as well as the construction and analysis of a partial least squares structural equation model were performed.The results showed that different types of salt stress had varying degrees of inhibitory effects on seed germination and seedling growth of the two wheat varieties.The inhibition intensity ranked as follows:alkaline salt stress(Na2CO3,NaHCO3)>composite salt stress(NaCl,Na2SO4,Na2CO3,and NaHCO3)>neutral salt stress(NaCl and Na2SO4).The effects of different salt stress ions were ranked as:cations(Na+)>alkaline anions(CO32-,HCO3)>neutral anions(SO4,Cl).Different spring wheat varieties also exhibited different responses to various types of salt stress.Under neutral salt stress and alkaline salt stress,there were no significant differences between Nongmai 2 and Yongliang 4 in terms of the mean values of salt tolerance threshold and limiting concentration(P>0.05).Under composite salt stress,significant differences were observed between the two varieties(P<0.05).In addition,there were significant differences in the effects of seed germination performance of the two varieties on the aboveground traits of seedlings(P<0.05).Overall,Nongmai 2 exhibited stronger tolerance to various types of salt stress than Yongliang 4 from seed germination to the seedling stage.The above findings provide an important reference for the research on the mechanism of salt tolerance in spring wheat and the selection and breeding of new salt-tolerant varieties.
