超短半径水平井技术对于提高老油田单井采收率具有重要意义,柔性钻具是超短半径水平井钻井的核心部件.柔性钻具组合属于管内嵌套多柔体系统,本文考虑半铰接结构的转动限位问题、结构不连续和开槽不完整结构的大位移几何非线性及三体两层接触问题,建立柔性钻具组合水平钻进双层接触非线性力学分析模型和数值计算方法,对水平段长度为15 m的柔性钻具组合开展力学分析,结果表明,在水平钻进过程中,柔性钻杆扭矩的损失率为0.6%,导向管轴力的损失率为18.8%且在造斜段与井壁几乎完全接触,造斜效果好.柔性钻杆整体有明显的锯齿状变形,而导向管整体变形十分稳定.二者的运动轨迹均有向下的趋势,但导向管底部明显有向上翘曲的趋势.研究结果可为柔性钻具组合的结构设计提供理论指导,同时也预测了柔性钻具组合在水平钻进时的运动轨迹.

Ultra-short radius horizontal well technology plays a crucial role in enhancing the recovery efficiency of individual wells in mature oil fields.Flexible drilling tools constitute the core components of ultra-short radius horizontal well drilling systems.A flexible drill assembly can be characterized as a nested multi-flexible body system housed within the drill pipe.This study addresses the rotational constraints associated with semi-hinged structures,the geometric nonlinearity due to structural discontinuities and incomplete groove configurations,as well as the double-layer contact problem involving three-body interactions.A nonlinear mechanical analysis model and corresponding numerical method are developed to address the double-layer contact mechanics in horizontal drilling operations involving the flexible drill assembly.A mechanical analysis was conducted on a flexible drill assembly configured for a horizontal section extending 15 meters.Results indicate that during the horizontal drilling process,the torque loss rate of the flexible drill pipe is approximately 0.6%,while the axial force loss rate of the guide pipe reaches 18.8%.In the inclined section,the guide pipe is almost fully in contact with the wellbore wall,demonstrating favorable inclination control performance.The flexible drill pipe as a whole exhibits a distinct"sawtooth-shaped"deformation pattern,whereas the guide pipe remains relatively stable in terms of overall deformation.Both components display a downward movement trajectory;however,the lower section of the guide pipe shows a noticeable upward warping tendency.These findings provide theoretical support for the structural design optimization of flexible drill assemblies and enable the prediction of their movement trajectories during horizontal drilling operations.
