多策略协同的足球队训练优化算法及其工程应用OA

针对足球队训练算法(FTTA)存在的全局探索和局部开发能力的不平衡、易陷入局部最优等问题,提出了一种多策略融合的足球队训练算法(MSFTTA).首先,提出了自适应适应度-距离平衡策略,通过候选解得分引导训练过程,在勘探和开发之间取得平衡.其次,在个人额外训练阶段进行非独占优劣共融搜索,促进个体独立探索,提高算法后期的收敛精度.最后,受海洋捕食者算法的启发引入FADs扰动策略模拟比赛突发情况,增加随机性,增强算法逃离局部最优的能力.通过应用CEC2017测试函数进行实验仿真,结果表明所提的算法在寻优性能和搜索精度方面均呈现出显著的提升.此外,通过针对2个工程实例进行优化分析,进一步验证了改进后算法的实用性和有效性.

To tackle the issues of imbalance between global exploration and local exploitation capabil-ities,as well as the susceptibility to getting trapped in local optima in the football team training algo-rithm(FTTA),a multi-strategy football team training algorithm(MSFTTA)is proposed.Firstly,an adaptive fitness-distance balance(AFDB)strategy is introduced,which guides the training process through the scores of candidate solutions to achieve a balance between exploration and exploitation.Sec-ondly,a non-exclusive integration search of superior and inferior solutions is conducted during the indi-vidual additional training phase to promote independent exploration by individuals and enhance the con-vergence accuracy of the algorithm in its later stages.Finally,inspired by the marine predators algo-rithm,the fish aggregating devices(FADs)disturbance strategy is incorporated to simulate unexpected situations during matches,adding randomness and improving the algorithm's ability to escape local ex-trema.Experimental simulations using CEC2017 test function demonstrate that the proposed algorithm exhibits significant improvements in both optimization performance and search accuracy.Additionally,optimization analyses conducted on two engineering case studies further validate the practicality and ef-fectiveness of the improved algorithm.
