财经类高校推进教研咨一体化的价值意蕴与实践路径OACHSSCD

In the face of complex and ever-changing international and domestic situations,China's economic and social development is confronted with numerous practical issues and contemporary challenges that urgently need to be addressed.Colleges and universities of finance and economics,which serve as incubators for talent cultivation,hubs for theoretical innovation,and platforms for policy advice,must promote the integration of teaching,research,and consultation to break down barriers among teaching and moral education,scientific research breakthroughs,and decision-making services.This integration aims to foster the organic combination and efficient coordination of educational,academic,and social values.However,in the current process of advancing the integration of teaching,research,and consultation in colleges and universities of finance and economics,several practical challenges have emerged.These include the need to optimize the scientific nature of evaluation systems at the institutional level,enhance the motivation of experts and scholars at the endogenous driving force level,and improve the integration of the"three-in-one"approach at the comprehensive promotion level.In light of these challenges,this paper proposes measures such as innovating organizational models to build an integrated collaborative platform,deepening evaluation reforms to establish an integrated contribution-oriented approach,strengthening process coupling to optimize the integrated logical chain,and reinforcing condition guarantees to construct an integrated support system.These measures provide practical pathways for comprehensively deepening reforms and advancing the integration of teaching,research,and consultation in colleges and universities of finance and economics.
