The"Three Musts"serve as the fundamental guiding principles for the Party's conduct construction in the new era.Building upon the foundation of the"Two Musts"and against the background of the evolving principal contradiction in society and escalating risks and challenges,they represent a major transition in both theoretical connotation and practical requirements.This framework systematically establishes a new paradigm for conduct construction across three dimensions:value stance,spiritual inher-itance,and practical path,demonstrating distinct historical,theoretical,and practical logic.Currently,some Party members and cadres still exhibit shortcomings in areas such as ideological understanding,combat capabilities,system implementation,cultural e-cosystem,and adaptation to the external environment,hindering the further advancement of conduct construction.Therefore,it is necessary to deepen the theoretical arming,enhance the ability to fight,improve the institutional system,cultivate a healthy culture,and expand the international vision to promote the"Three Musts"to be internalized in the heart and externalized in the practice,so as to provide a solid guarantee for the realization of the party's long-term governance capacity building and the great cause of na-tional rejuvenation.
