戈壁沙漠地区过敏性疾病的流行病学特征及影响因素OA

Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics and influencing factors of allergic diseases among people living in the Gobi Desert area,and to provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of allergic diseases in this region.Methods A cluster sampling method was used to conduct a survey on allergic disease awareness among 1,606 residents in the Dongfeng Field area of Gansu Province,located in the Gobi Desert.Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analyses were performed to explore factors associated with allergic diseases.Results Among the 1,606 participants,566 suffered from one or more allergic diseases,with a prevalence rate of 35.24%.Significant differences were observed between the allergic and non-allergic groups in terms of age,gender,genetic history,allergic history,and recurrent respiratory tract infections(all P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression showed that aged≥60 years(OR=3.618),female gender(OR=3.695),having a genetic history(OR=4.297),having an allergic history(OR=4.963),and recurrent respiratory tract infections(OR=3.885)all increased the risk of allergic diseases in this population(all P<0.05).Conclusions The prevalence of allergic diseases among people in the Gobi Desert area is relatively high,and is associated with age,gender,genetic history,allergic history,and recurrent respiratory tract infections.Relevant departments should take targeted measures to reduce the incidence of allergic diseases in this region.
