目的 探究饮食和高强度间歇训练对肥胖症儿童心血管功能的影响,为肥胖症儿童的健康管理提供科学依据.方法 110 例肥胖症儿童随机分成饮食组和训练联合组各 55 例;饮食组采用饮食干预,训练联合组在饮食干预的基础上采用高强度间歇训练干预.干预前后,对比 2 组的心血管功能、骨代谢指标、骨密度、血脂指标的变化,并统计患儿体重指数(BMI)、腰围;记录评价满意度.结果 干预前,2 组的心血管功能、骨代谢指标、骨密度、血脂指标及 BMI 和腰围差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05);经过干预后,2 组的各项指标较干预前均有所改善,且训练联合组优于饮食组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).训练联合组的满意度(96.4%)高于饮食组(85.5%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.960,P=0.046).结论 高强度间歇训练联合饮食干预能有效改善肥胖症儿童的心血管功能,并有效降低 BMI 和腰围.

Objective To explore the effects of diet and high-intensity interval training on cardiovascular function in obese children,and to provide a scientific basis for the health management of obese children.Methods A total of 110 obese children were randomly divided into a diet group and a training combination group,with 55 cases in each group.The diet group received dietary intervention,while the training combination group received high-intensity interval training in addition to the dietary intervention.Before and after the intervention,changes in cardiovascular function,bone metabolism indicators,bone density,and blood lipid indicators were compared between the two groups,and the body mass index(BMI)and waist circumference of the children were measured.Satisfaction was also evaluated and recorded.Results Before the intervention,there were no statistically significant differences in cardiovascular function,bone metabolism indicators,bone density,blood lipid indicators,BMI,and waist circumference between the two groups(all P>0.05).After the intervention,all indicators improved in both groups compared with before the intervention,and the training combination group showed greater improvement than the diet group,with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).The satisfaction rate in the training combination group(96.4%)was higher than that in the diet group(85.5%),with a statistically significant difference(χ2=3.960,P=0.046).Conclusions High-intensity interval training combined with dietary intervention can effectively improve cardiovascular function and reduce BMI and waist circumference in obese children.
