基于互联网医院的肿瘤康复管理三级网络体系构建与分析OA

Traditional rehabilitation models face structural challenges such as uneven resource distribution,insufficient treatment continuity,and weak multidisciplinary collaboration.Internet hospitals,leveraging their connectivity and integration capabilities,provide technical support for building a three-level network system comprising"cancer specialty hospitals-rehabilitation hospitals-community health service centers."This paper systematically analyzes the dilemmas of traditional rehabilitation models and their institutional causes,explores the theoretical logic and dual effects of internet hospitals in tumor rehabilitation management,and preliminarily validates the feasibility and effectiveness of the three-level network in clarifying hierarchical functions,strengthening talent training,promoting standardized construction,and implementing precise public education,using Shanghai's practical exploration as an example.This system aligns with the requirements of the"Healthy China 2030"strategy for service continuity,integration of medical and prevention,and optimized resource allocation.Recommendations include exploring innovative models,upgrading core platform functions,and extending home-based management boundaries to further reconstruct the three-level linkage system and advance tumor rehabilitation services toward efficiency,equity,and sustainability.
