益气化瘀解毒方联合热疗对胃癌化疗患者免疫功能及生活质量的影响OA
Effect of Yiqi Huayu Jiedu Decoction combined with hyperthermia on im-mune function and quality of life in patients with gastric cancer undergo-ing chemotherapy
目的 探究益气化瘀解毒方联合热疗对胃癌化疗患者的疗效及免疫功能、生活质量的影响.方法 选取2023年4 月至 2025 年 4 月衡阳市中医医院收治的 100 例胃癌化疗患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各 50 例.对照组采用热疗辅助治疗,观察组采用益气化瘀解毒方联合热疗辅助治疗.比较两组的治疗总有效率、免疫功能(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+)、生活质量[世界卫生组织生活质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)]水平及不良反应.结果 两组治疗前 CD3+、CD4+、CD8+水平,WHOQOL-BREF 各维度评分及总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).治疗后,观察组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组 CD3+、CD4+水平高于对照组,CD8+水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组 WHOQOL-BREF 总分及其生理领域、心理领域、社会关系领域维度水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组总不良反应低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两组 WHOQOL-BREF 环境领域维度水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 益气化瘀解毒方与热疗联合治疗胃癌化疗患者的疗效较好,且能改善免疫功能、提高生活质量,其安全性佳.
Objective To explore the efficacy of the Yiqi Huayu Jiedu Decoction combined with hyperthermia therapy on patients with gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy,as well as its impact on immune function and quality of life.Methods A total of 100 gastric cancer chemotherapy patients admitted to Hengyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2023 to April 2025 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received hyperthermia therapy as an adjunctive treatment,while the observation group received the Yiqi Huayu Jiedu Decoction combined with hyperthermia therapy as an adjunctive treatment.The treatment efficacy,immune function(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+),quality of life[world health organization quality of life-BREF(WHOQOL-BREF)]levels,and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results There were no statistically significant differences in the levels of CD3+,CD4+,and CD8+before treatment,as well as in the scores of each dimension and the total score of WHOQOL-BREF between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the total clinical treatment effectiveness of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The levels of CD3+and CD4+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the level of CD8+was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total score of WHOQOL-BREF and the levels of the physiological,psychological,and social relationship dimensions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total adverse reactions in the observa-tion group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the level of the environmental dimension of WHOQOL-BREF between the two group(P＞0.05).Conclusion The combination of the Yiqi Huayu Jiedu Decoction with hyperthermia therapy has a better thera-peutic effect on patients with gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy.It can also improve immune function and enhance quality of life,and is highly safe.
