4个影响中蜂囊状幼虫病毒复制的关联因子OA

中蜂囊状幼虫病毒(Chinese sacbrood virus,CSBV)是引发中华蜜蜂(Apis cerana cerana)病毒病的主要病原,蜜蜂病毒病的流行和暴发与蜜蜂个体病毒携带量密切关联.为揭示蜜蜂病毒病流行与暴发的诱因,本研究检测不同生物因子(蜂群群势、寄生螨数量、中西方蜜蜂混合哺育)与非生物因子(羽化温度)处理前后试验蜂群工蜂样本中CSBV拷贝数的变化.结果表明:强群势蜜蜂具有较强的病毒抵抗能力,寄生螨数量与蜜蜂体内CSBV拷贝数呈正相关关系,混合蜂群哺育处理的羽化工蜂CSBV拷贝数显著增加;不适羽化温度会导致蜜蜂体内CSBV拷贝数显著增加,且工蜂羽化率显著降低.说明通过提高蜜蜂群势、降低瓦螨寄生数、减少与西方蜜蜂接触以及对卵脾进行保温处理,均可有效预防中蜂囊状幼虫病的发生与流行,研究结果为中蜂囊状幼虫病的防控提供了研究基础和理论依据.

Chinese sacbrood virus(CSBV)is the main pathogen causing the viral disease of honeybees(Apis cerana cerana).The prevalence of bee viral diseases is correlated with the virus load of honeybee colony.To reveal the causes of the prevalence and outbreak of bee viral diseases,the dynamic changes of CSBV copy in the worker bee samples of the experimental bee colonies before and after treatment with different biological factors(colony population,number of parasitic Varroa destructor,mixed feeding by Eastern and Western honeybees)and abiotic factors(different emergence temperatures)were detected.The experimental data showed that strong colony had significant resistance to CSBV than weak colony.The number of parasitic mites was positively correlated with the CSBV titer of bee samples.The nucleic acid copy number of CSBV in worker bees kept in Western honeybee colonies significantly increased.Emergence temperature fluctuation not only significantly increased the CSBV copy in worker bees,but also sharply reduced the emergence rate of worker bees.The experimental proved that beekeeper of Chinese honey bee could prevent CSBV in maintaining strong colony population,reducing the parasitism rate of varroa mite and dividing with Western honeybee colonies.Optimal emergence temperature of bee also improves colony and prevents CSBV effectively.
