为探究马鹿鞭肽对性功能障碍大鼠的改善作用,利用SD大鼠腹腔注射环磷酰胺(Cyclophosphamide,CTX)建立性功能障碍模型,通过灌胃西地那非和马鹿鞭肽,检测大鼠体重、脏器指数,以及血清睾酮(Testosterone,T)、促黄体生成素(Luteinizing hormone,LH)和一氧化氮(Nitric oxide,NO)水平,并观察大鼠肾脏和睾丸组织的病理学变化情况.结果表明:马鹿鞭肽富含多种氨基酸,其中精氨酸的含量较高;重均分子量<1 000 Da的组分占比为68.92%;模型组大鼠体重、肾脏指数、睾丸指数和胸腺指数以及血清睾酮、促黄体生成素和一氧化氮水平均低于空白对照组,肾脏和睾丸组织发生明显病变,马鹿鞭肽低、高剂量组大鼠的上述指标均有不同程度改善.说明马鹿鞭肽营养价值较高,产物以短链多肽为主,能有效提高机体脏器指数以及血清睾酮、促黄体生成素和一氧化氮水平,缓解睾丸组织病变,从而达到改善性功能的作用.研究结果为马鹿鞭肽在改善性功能障碍相关功能食品或药品中的开发和应用提供参考.

To investigate the ameliorative effects on rats with sexual dysfunction of Cervus elaphus peptide,a sexual dysfunction model was established in SD rats by intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide(CTX).The rats were administered with sildenafil and Cervus elaphus peptide via gavage.Body weight,organ indexes,serum levels of testosterone(T),luteinizing hormone(LH),and nitric oxide(NO)were measured,and pathological changes in kidney and testicular tissues were observed.The results showed that various amino acids of Cervus elaphus peptide were rich with a high content of arginine;peptides with molecular weight below 1 000 Da accounted for 68.92%of the total.Compared with the blank control group,the model group exhibited decrease in body weight,kidney index,testicular index,thymus index,and serum levels of testosterone,luteinizing hormone,and nitric oxide,along with obvious pathological lesions in kidney and testicular tissues.In the low-and high-dose groups of Cervus elaphus peptide,all the above indicators were improved to varying degrees.These findings indicate that Cervus elaphus peptide has high nutritional value,consists mainly of short-chain peptides,and can effectively increase organ indexes and serum levels of testosterone,luteinizing hormone,and nitric oxide,as well as alleviate pathological changes in testicular tissues,thereby improving sexual function.The results provide a reference for the development and application of Cervus elaphus peptide in functional foods or drugs for improving sexual dysfunction.
