Genetic Characteristics and Research Advances of Domesticated Deer in China
梅花鹿(Cervus nippon)、马鹿(Cervus elaphus)及其亚种和驯鹿(Rangifer tarandus)构成了我国核心的家养鹿遗传资源,其独特的经济性状(尤其是鹿茸)、生态适应性及文化价值,对推动我国特色鹿产业的发展具有重要意义.文章梳理了3种家养鹿的种群分布与核心遗传特征,综述了近年来家养鹿遗传资源领域的研究进展.深入分析了当前家养鹿遗传资源面临的种质混杂、近交衰退及可持续发展等问题,并对未来应用多组学技术、基因编辑技术,以及构建完善的种质资源保护体系等方向进行了展望,以期为我国鹿产业的高质量发展与遗传资源的创新利用提供理论依据.
Sika deer(Cervus nippon),red deer(Cervus elaphus)and its subspecies,and reindeer(Rangifer tarandus)constitute the core genetic resources of domesticated deer in China.With their unique economic traits(especially antlers),ecological adaptability,and cultural value,they support the development of China's specialty deer industry.This paper systematically reviews the population distribution and core genetic characteristics of these three domesticated deer species,focusing on summarizing recent research advances in genetic resources.Additionally,it provides an in-depth analysis of current challenges facing domesticated deer genetic resources,such as germplasm admixture,inbreeding depression,and sustainable utilization.The prospects for future directions,including the application of multi-omics technologies,gene editing,and the establishment of a comprehensive germplasm resource protection system,are discussed,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the high-quality development of China's deer industry and the innovative utilization of genetic resources.
