外泌体调控哺乳动物体外胚胎生产的研究进展OA
Research Progress of Exosomes Regulating Mammalian Embryo Production in vitro
在体外胚胎生产中,模拟体内生理条件、寻找有效的调控因子对胚胎发育至关重要.外泌体是细胞外囊泡的一种亚型,大小介于30~150 nm之间,由多种细胞类型释放并在体液中循环,内含丰富的蛋白质、脂质及多种RNA,是细胞间的通讯载体.作为细胞间的通讯介质,外泌体在卵母细胞成熟、受精、植入前胚胎发育过程中发挥重要的作用.研究表明,哺乳动物卵泡液、子宫液、输卵管上皮细胞中均有外泌体存在,且在卵母细胞体外培养体系中补充外泌体可调控卵母细胞成熟,提高体外受精率以及促进植入前胚胎发育.本文从哺乳动物卵母细胞成熟、受精、植入前胚胎发育三方面介绍外泌体发挥的作用,以期为使用外泌体优化体外胚胎培养体系提供建议.
The replication of in vivo physiological conditions and identification of effective regulatory factors for embryo development are crucial aspects in the production of embryos in vitro.Exosomes,a subtype of extracellular vesicles ranging from 30 to 150nm,are released by various cell types,and serve as carriers for intercellular communication,containing abundant proteins,lipids,and diverse RNA mole-cules.As mediators of intercellular communication,exosomes play significant roles in oocyte maturation,fertilization,and preimplantation embryo development.It has been confirmed that exosomes exist in follic-ular fluid,uterine fluid,and fallopian tube epithelial cells of mammals.Addition of exosomes to the oocyte cul-ture system can regulate oocyte maturation process effectively while enhancing the rate of in vitro fertilization and promoting preimplantation embryo development.This paper aims to introduce the functions of exosomes during mammalian oocyte maturation,fertilization,and preimplantation embryo development with the purpose of provi-ding suggestions on utilizing exosomes to optimize the in vitro embryo culture system.
