为满足我国北方寒冷地区的羔羊保育需求,本研究设计了智慧化控制羔羊保温箱,通过应用智慧化控制系统进行保育试验,对箱内小气候环境进行检测分析,利用鱼眼全景网络摄像机对羔羊进行监控和盘点,以评估羔羊保温箱的功能,因地制宜制定智慧化控制方案.结果显示,(1)羊舍平均温度为-2 ℃条件下,箱内温度稳定维持在8~10 ℃,温湿度指数(THI)处于50.91~51.44之间,羔羊处于环境舒适区,有效解决了冷应激问题.(2)保温箱试验组的羔羊生长性能优越,平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),料重比显著低于对照组(P<0.05).(3)保温箱利用率较高,羔羊能够适应性进入,不需要学习或者人为干预,日常每天平均进入7只,最多进入12只,羔羊自由进出对哺乳无不良影响.(4)保温灯的建议开启时长与外界气温呈显著负相关,日均开启时长为21.5 h,以本试验使用的250W保温灯计算,日均耗电5.375 kW·h,费用为2.95元.可见,智慧化控制保温箱具有重要的实用价值和经济价值.

To meet the requirements for lamb conservation in the cold northern regions in China,this study designed an intelligently-controlled lamb incubator.An experimental assessment of lamb conserva-tion was conducted using this incubator,with the internal microclimate environment monitored and ana-lyzed.Additionally,a fisheye panoramic network camera was employed for lamb surveillance and invento-ry,to evaluate the functionality of the lamb incubator and to develop context-appropriate intelligent con-trol strategies.The results showed:(1)The incubator,applied within a sheep shed maintained at an aver-age temperature of-2℃,demonstrated excellent heating performance,maintaining a stable internal tem-perature within the target range of 8~10℃.The Temperature-Humidity Index(THI)ranged from 50.91 to 51.44,placing the lambs within the comfort zone,thereby addressing cold stress issues.(2)Lambs in the experimental group using the incubator exhibited superior growth performance,with the average daily weight gain significantly higher(P<0.05)than that of the control group.Additionally,the feed-to-gain ratio was significantly lower(P<0.05).(3)The utilization rate of the incubator was relatively high.Lambs could adaptively enter the device without the need for learning or manual intervention.On average,seven lambs entered daily,with a maximum of twelve,and their free access did not adversely affect nurs-ing behavior.(4)The suggested operating duration for the heating lamp was significantly negatively corre-lated with ambient temperature.The average daily operation time was 21.5 hours.Based on the 250 W heating lamp used in this experiment,the average daily power consumption was 5.375 kW·h,correspond-ing to a daily electricity cost of approximately 2.95 yuan.These results demonstrate that the intelligently-controlled lamb incubator possesses significant practical and economic value.
