加味麻杏石甘散对犊牛呼吸道疾病症状评分和炎症指标的影响OA
Effects of Modified Maxing Shigan Powder on Symptom Scores and Inflammatory Indicators in Calves with Bovine Respiratory Disease
本研究旨在评估加味麻杏石甘散(肺炎康)对牛呼吸道疾病(BRD)的临床疗效和抗炎作用,为开发并推广纯中草药制剂防治BRD提供理论依据.试验将45头自然发病的BRD犊牛分为加味麻杏石甘散治疗组(F组,n=30)和麻杏石甘散治疗组(M组,n=15),并设健康对照组(C组,n=15).两组治疗组连续7 d灌服相应药物(按照体重2 g/kg剂量),评估治疗后临床症状评分与疗效,并检测血清炎症因子、急性期蛋白及组织损伤相关指标.结果显示,治疗后F组和M组临床症状评分均显著降低,F组起效更快;第7天F组治愈率80%,M组73.3%.两组患病犊牛血清中炎症因子(TNF-α、IL-1β)、急性期蛋白(SAA、HP)水平及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性均显著降低;髓过氧化物酶(MPO)活性与抗氧化指标无显著变化;治疗组较对照组牛血清生化指标无显著性变化,表明加味麻杏石甘散无肝肾毒性.综上,加味麻杏石甘散可通过降低炎症因子、急性期蛋白水平以及减少组织损伤,显著改善BRD临床症状,且安全性良好.
This study aims to evaluate the clinical efficacy and anti-inflammatory effects of Modified Maxing Shigan Powder(Feiyan Kang)in the treatment of bovine respiratory disease(BRD),and to pro-vide a theoretical basis for the development and promotion of pure Chinese herbal preparations for the pre-vention and treatment of BRD.45 calves naturally infected with BRD were divided into a modified Maxing-shigan powder treatment group(Group F,n=30)and a Maxingshigan powder treatment group(Group M,n=15),with a healthy control group(Group C,n=15)also established.Both treatment groups re-ceived corresponding medications via oral administration(2 g/kg BW)for 7 consecutive days.Clinical symptom scores and therapeutic efficacy were assessed after treatment,and serum inflammatory factors,acute-phase proteins,and tissue injury-related indicators were measured.The results showed that the clini-cal symptom scores of both Group F and Group M significantly reduced after treatment,with group F ex-hibiting a faster onset of action.On day 7,the cure rate in Group F was 80%,and 73.3%in Group M.Ser-um levels of inflammatory factors(TNF-α,IL-1β),acute-phase proteins(SAA,HP),and lactate dehy-drogenase(LDH)activity significantly decreased in both treatment groups.No significant changes were observed in myeloperoxidase(MPO)activity or antioxidant indicators.Compared with the control group,no significant changes in serum biochemical indicators were found in the treatment groups,indicating that the Modified Maxing Shigan Powder has no hepatotoxicity or nephrotoxicity.In summary,Modified Ma-xing Shigan Powder significantly improves the clinical symptoms of BRD by reducing inflammatory fac-tors,acute-phase protein levels,and tissue damage,with favorable safety profile.
