饲用小麦具有较高的营养价值,已被一些国家或地区用于饲喂动物.我国食用菌产量高,但如何处理菌渣面临巨大挑战.本研究的目的是比较刈割和菌渣施用量对饲用小麦农艺性状、营养物质、抗氧化能力和化学特性的影响.试验包括两种刈割处理(对照和刈割)和三种菌渣施用量[T1(0 kg·hm-2)、T2(250 kg·hm-2)和 T3(500 kg·hm-2)].结果表明:相对对照,刈割后的饲用小麦株高、鲜物质产量和干物质产量分别显著增加了9 cm、6.2 t·hm-2和 3.5 t·hm-2(P<0.05),且还原糖、淀粉和维生素C含量均增加.在三种菌渣施用量中,T2的还原糖含量分别比T1和T3高33.6%和42.7%(P<0.01).刈割后的过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性分别比对照提高了56.2%和18.0%(P<0.01),同时粗蛋白含量增加,中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量降低(P<0.05).隶属函数分析结果显示,各处理效果排序为:刈割>对照,T2>T3>T1.综合考虑饲用小麦的农艺性状、产量、营养和抗氧化特性,本研究推荐刈割和T2的组合.

Forage wheat,recognized for its high nutritional value,has been used as animal feed in some countries and regions.In China,the high production of edible mushrooms presents significant challenges regarding the disposal of mushroom residues.This study aimed to compare the effects of cutting treat-ments and mushroom residue application rates on the agronomic traits,nutritional composition,antioxi-dant properties,and chemical characteristics of forage wheat.The experiment included two cutting treat-ments(control and cutting)and three mushroom residue application rates[T1(0 kg·hm-2),T2(250 kg·hm-2),and T3(500 kg·hm-2)].Results showed that compared to the control,cutting increased plant height,fresh matter yield,and dry matter yield by 9 cm,6.2 t·hm-2,and 3.5 t·hm-2,respectively(P<0.05).Additionally,cutting elevated the contents of reducing sugars,starch,and vitamin C.Among the three mushroom residue application rates,T2 resulted in a 33.6%and 42.7%higher reducing sugar con-tent compared to T1 and T3,respectively(P<0.01).Cutting also enhanced peroxidase and catalase activi-ties by 56.2%and 18.0%compared to the control(P<0.01).In addition,cutting increased the crude pro-tein content while reducing neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber contents(P<0.05).Member-ship function analysis indicated the following rankings:cutting>control,and T2>T3>T1.Considering agronomic traits,yield,nutrition and antioxidant properties,the combination of cutting and T2 treatment is recommended for optimal performance of forage wheat.
