初乳中免疫球蛋白含量对羔羊被动免疫、生长性能及健康情况的影响OA
Effect of Immunoglobulin Content in Colostrum on Passive Immunity,Growth Performance and Health of Lambs
研究评估了初乳中免疫球蛋白含量对萨能奶山羊(Capra hircus L.)羔羊被动免疫、生长性能及健康状况的影响.选取40只初生羔羊,根据其摄入初乳中免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgM与IgA)的平均含量分为优质初乳组(HC)、良好初乳组(GC)和普通初乳组(OC).通过人工饲喂方式,比较分析各组羔羊血液中的免疫球蛋白水平、日增重和健康状况.结果显示:HC组羔羊在摄入初乳后24 h内血液中的免疫球蛋白水平显著高于其他组(P<0.05),且在随后的观察期内患病率和死亡率也显著降低(P<0.05);然而,试验羔羊在日增重方面没有显著差异(P>0.05).结果表明,初乳中免疫球蛋白的含量对羔羊早期的被动免疫状态具有显著影响,对提高羔羊的生存率具有积极作用,但对羔羊的生长性能基本没有影响.
The study evaluated the effects of immunoglobulin(Ig)content in colostrum on passive im-munity,growth performance,and health status of Saanen dairy goat(Capra hircus L.)lambs.Forty new-born lambs were selected and divided into three groups based on the average IgG,IgM,and IgA concentra-tions in the colostrum they ingested:high-quality colostrum group(HC),good-quality colostrum group(GC),and ordinary colostrum group(OC).The lambs were artificially fed with colostrum corresponding to their respective groups.The study compared and analyzed serum immunoglobulin levels,daily weight gain,and health conditions among the groups.The results showed that the serum immunoglobulin levels in the HC group were significantly higher(P<0.05)within 24 hours post-ingestion compared to the other groups.Additionally,the morbidity and mortality rates in the HC group were significantly lower(P<0.05)during the subsequent observation period.However,no significant differences were observed in daily weight gain among the groups(P>0.05).These results indicate that the immunoglobulin content in colos-trum has a significant impact on the early passive immune status of goat lambs and can positively influence their survival rate,although it has little effect on the growth performance.
