Research on the standardized representation of shore power facilities under the S-100 framework

为解决S-100通用海道测量数据模型框架下岸电设施缺乏标准化建模与表达的问题,研究设计了岸电设施要素,基于S-100通用要素模型(GFM)构建了"几何-属性-关联"模型,依据国际电工委员会(IEC)全球电工设备图形符号核心规范设计了岸电专用符号,形成了全球统一、机器可读的岸电要素模型,实现了 S-100 框架下岸电设施在海港基础设施数据的标准化表达,并以国内某港区4号码头为实例验证了该方法的有效性.研究成果既为船舶精确获取岸电信息提供了标准化路径,也为 IHO 完善《海港基础设施数据产品规范(S-131)》提供了中国方案.

To address the issue of the lack of standardized modeling and representation of Shore Power Facility within the framework of the International Hydrographic Organization(IHO)S-100 Universal Hydrographic Data Model Framework,this study designed the Shore Power Facility feature.Based on the S-100 General Feature Model(GFM),a"geometry-attribute-service"model was constructed.According to the core specifications of the International Electrotechnical Commission(IEC)global graphical symbols for electrical equipment,special symbols were designed.As a result,a globally unified and machine-readable model was formed,realizing the standardized representation of Shore Power Facility in the data of port infrastructure under the S-100 framework.Taking Terminal 4 of the domestic port area as an example,the effectiveness of this method was verified.The research results not only provide a standardized path for ships to accurately obtain Shore Power Facility information,but also offer a Chinese solution for the IHO to improve the Harbour Infrastructure Data Products(S-131).
