壳聚糖纳米纤维膜在抗菌方面的研究进展OA
Research advances in antibacterial applications of chitosan nanofiber membranes
由于生物医学等领域的快速发展,各产业对新型抗菌材料的需求逐年提升.壳聚糖作为一种典型的天然高分子材料,具有来源广泛、良好相容性、生物可降解性等优点,能够赋予纤维织物抗菌、抗病毒、除臭等生物功能而备受关注和研究.然而,壳聚糖自身抗菌性能有限、对酸碱较为敏感等限制了其实际应用.为了提高壳聚糖及其衍生物的抗菌能力,选择对壳聚糖纳米纤维膜进行改性.文中综述对壳聚糖纳米纤维膜发展现状与抗菌机理进行阐述,总结了近些年壳聚糖纳米纤维膜的共混改性(包括与抗菌剂、活性物质等混合纺丝)与化学改性(包括与抗菌剂偶联、交联等)方法及其在食品保鲜、生物医学、涂层等领域的应用.针对壳聚糖未来发展趋势进行了展望,为后续壳聚糖纳米纤维膜的研究提供一定支持.
With the rapid development of biomedical and associated industries,the demand for novel antibacterial materials is increasing yearly.Chitosan,as a typical natural polymer material,has attracted lots of attention and research interest,which are originated from its wide availability,good compatibility and biodegradability,and its ability to endow fiber fabrics with biological functions such as antibacterial,antiviral and deodorizing properties.However,the practical applications of chitosan is restricted by its limited antibacterial properties and its sensitivity to acidity and alkalinity.Hence,researchers have concentrated on altering chitosan nanofiber membranes to improve the antibacterial activity of chitosan and its derivatives.The current development status and antibacterial mechanism of chitosan nanofiber membranes were elaborated in this review.Moreover,it also summarized the recent blending modification(including co-spinning with antibacterial agents and other active substances)and chemical modification(including coupling and cross-linking with antibacterial agents)techniques for membranes along with their applications in food preservation,biomedicine and coatings.Furthermore,the future development trends of chitosand is prospected,which can provide certain support for subsequent research on chitosan nanofiber membranes.
