Effect of Lime Nitrogen on the Seed Germination and Nutritional Quality of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua

采用大棚温室试验,以野生黄精种子为材料,设置空白对照、赤霉素、赤霉素+不同比例(0.5%、1.0%、1.5%和2.0%)石灰氮共 6 个处理,探究赤霉素+增施石灰氮对多花黄精种子发芽率、生长及营养品质的影响.结果表明:播种 60 d 后,经过赤霉素处理的黄精种子发芽率达 84.70%,较空白对照提升了 37 个百分点;基质中添加石灰氮后,黄精种子的发芽率分别较单纯采用赤霉素浸种提高了 2.3~7.6 个百分点,表明赤霉素对提升黄精种子发芽率起主导作用,而育苗基质增施石灰氮能进一步增强这一作用;基质增施1.0%~2.0%石灰氮的黄精块茎鲜重分别比对照增加46.36%~56.36%,黄精块茎的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、淀粉、氨基酸含量分别增加 60.27%~71.00%、53.36%~85.71%、20.15%~31.53%、65.90%~95.62%,且其增加效果随基质增施石灰氮用量的增加呈增加趋势,表明基质中增施 1.0%~2.0%石灰氮可显著增加黄精块茎鲜重、主根长、侧根数及块茎的营养品质,且以增添 1.5%的石灰氮效果最佳.

A greenhouse experiment was conducted with wild Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua seeds as materials.Six treatments—blank control,gibberellin,and gibberellin combined with different proportions(0.5%,1.0%,1.5%,and 2.0%)of lime nitrogen—were designed to explore the effect of gibberellin combined with lime nitrogen on the seed germination,growth,and nutritional quality of P.cyrtonema.The results showed that 60 d after sowing,the seed germination rate in the gibberellin group reached 84.70%,which was 37 percentage points higher than that in the blank control.After lime nitrogen was supplemented to the substrate,the seed germination rate increased by 2.3-7.6 percentage points compared with that in the gibberellin group,indicating that gibberellin played a leading role in improving seed germination,while lime nitrogen supplementation in the seedling substrate further enhanced this effect.Compared with the blank control,application of 1.0%-2.0%lime nitrogen increased the fresh rhizome weight and the content of soluble sugars,soluble proteins,starch,and amino acids in the rhizome by 46.36%-56.36%,60.27%-71.00%,53.36%-85.71%,20.15%-31.53%,and 65.90%-95.62%,respectively.Furthermore,this increasing effect showed a rising trend with the increase in the amount of lime nitrogen applied to the substrate.In conclusion,supplementing 1.0%-2.0%lime nitrogen to the substrate could significantly improve the fresh rhizome weight,taproot length,number of lateral roots,and nutritional quality of P.cyrtonema,with 1.5%lime nitrogen showing the best effect.
