不同植物诱抗剂对烟草黑胫病和青枯病的防效OA

Control Effects of Different Plant Immune Inducers on Tobacco Black Shank and Bacterial Wilt

为筛选高效、绿色的植物免疫诱抗剂防治湖南烟草黑胫病和青枯病,通过盆栽试验评价了 8 种市售植物诱抗剂的防治效果,并检测了诱抗剂处理后防御相关基因的表达量,以及水杨酸和茉莉酸的含量.结果表明:阿泰灵、德亚德士和蓬勃细护对烟草青枯病的综合防治效果好,防效分别为 80.97%、94.45%和 95.65%;德亚德士、蓬勃细护、β-氨基丁酸和吡咯喹啉醌对烟草黑胫病的防效突出,分别高达 88.90%、89.48%、91.68%和 92.65%;随后研究发现这 5 种诱抗剂均诱导了水杨酸信号通路基因的上调表达,且 β-氨基丁酸、德亚德士和蓬勃细护提高了烟草中水杨酸含量.总体来看,德亚德士和蓬勃细护对 2 种病害的防效均优.

This study aimed to screen high-efficiency and eco-friendly plant immune inducers for the control of black shank and bacterial wilt in the tobacco-growing area of Hunan Province.Pot experiments were conducted to evaluate the control efficacy of eight commercially available plant immune inducers.Additionally,the expression levels of defense-related genes,as well as the content of salicylic acid and jasmonic acid in the tobacco after inducer treatment,were determined.The results showed that Aitalin,Dyadex,and Pengbo Xihu exhibited favorable comprehensive control efficacy against tobacco bacterial wilt,with the control efficacy reaching 80.97%,94.45%,and 95.65%,respectively.Dyadex,Pengbo Xihu,β-aminobutyric acid(AIP),and pyrroloquinoline quinone(PQQ)showed outstanding control efficacy on tobacco black shank,with the control efficacy as high as 88.90%,89.48%,91.68%,and 92.65%,respectively.Subsequent studies revealed that all these five inducers activated the up-regulated expression of genes in the salicylic acid signaling pathway,and AIP,Dyadex,and Pengbo Xihu increased the salicylic acid content in tobacco.Dyadex and Pengbo Xihu both achieved high control efficacy against the two diseases.
