湖北烟区雪茄烟茄衣新品系鉴定OA

To screen the excellent cigar wrapper varieties suitable for cultivation in Hubei Province,10 new cigar wrapper tobacco lines,namely'Yunxue 34','Yunxue 38','Haiyan 103','EX1006','EX1102','QX3','QX100','Dexue 1','Dexue 3'and'Chuanxue 1',were identified in the major cigar tobacco producing areas of Hubei Province.The results showed that'EX1006'and'Yunxue 34'exhibited outstanding overall performance.Among them,'EX1006'demonstrated resistance to root rot,the highest output value of 88 524.52 yuan/hm2,and the highest physical tensile strength of 1.92 N.Its sensory profile was characterized by a dominant smoky-sweet aroma with good fragrance and lingering notes.'Yunxue 34'also showed resistance to root rot,with a slightly lower output value of 75 884.51 yuan/hm2,but matched'EX1006'in physical tensile strength,featuring a blend of smoky-sweet and nutty aromas along with concentrated smoke intensity.Overall,'EX1006'and'Yunxue 34'were suitable for cultivation in tobacco-growing areas of Hubei Province and could be used for the production of cigar wrapper leaves.'Haiyan 103'and'Dexue 3'demonstrated favorable comprehensive traits,showing the potential for application.
