Comprehensive Quality Evaluation of 13 New Flue-Cured Tobacco Lines
为筛选适宜湖南桂阳烟区种植的优质烤烟新品系,以 13 个烤烟新品系(V1~V13)为材料,以 MSK326、MS 湘烟 7 号和 MS 云烟 87 为对照,系统评价其外观质量、物理特性、常规化学成分和感官评吸质量,并采用综合指数法(CEI)进行综合评价.结果表明:不同品系在各项品质指标上表现存在差异.综合品质指数显示,V8(MS湘烟7号×QX-3)和V11(YJ21077:湘烟 7 号×G80)的 CEI 值相对较高,分别为 61.45 和 67.10,优于对照品种;上部叶 V8 的外观质量表现最佳,烟叶厚度为适宜厚度,上部叶 V11 的叶长、叶宽、单叶重表现较好;V8 和 V11 的 CCUI 值较高,分别为 74.40 和 72.96;二者感官评吸总分较高,均为53.4.综合来看,V8和V11适宜在桂阳烟区进一步扩大试验种植面积;V2和V9在感官评吸方面表现良好,但在外观质量和常规化学成分方面还有提升空间,具备一定推广潜力,可小面积进行试验种植.
To identify high-quality flue-cured tobacco varieties suitable for cultivation in Guiyang County,Hunan Province,this study systematically assessed the appearance quality,physical properties,conventional chemical components,and sensory evaluation attributes of 13 new flue-cured tobacco lines(V1 to V13),with'MSK326','MS Xiangyan 7',and'MS Yunyuan 87'as controls.The comprehensive evaluation index(CEI)was employed for comprehensive evaluation.The results indicated variations in different quality indicators among lines.V8('MS Xiangyan 7'×'QX-3')and V11(YJ21077:'Xiangyan 7'×'G80')had higher CEI values(61.45 and 67.10,respectively),surpassing the controls.Regarding upper leaves,V8 had best appearance quality and suitable leaf thickness,and V11 had ideal leaf length,leaf width,and single leaf weight.V8 and V11 had high chemical component usability index(CCUI)values(74.40 and 72.96,respectively)and total sensory evaluation scores(both 53.4).The two lines were thus suitable for large-scale trial cultivation in Guiyang County,Hunan Province.V2 and V9 performed well in sensory evaluation but remained to be improved in appearance quality and conventional chemical components.They had certain potential for promotion and were suitable for small-scale trial cultivation.
