A Plug-and-play Computer Architecture Design Based on SpaceWire Bus
针对传统星载计算机在硬件接口与软件协议层面的异构性导致的系统集成周期长、扩展难度大等问题,文章研究了以美国空间即插即用电子系统(SPA)为代表的技术体系,提出了一种基于SpaceWire总线的星载计算机体系结构设计方案.首先阐述了即插即用技术的核心原理及其实现路径,确保所设计的系统兼容SPA标准规范.其次以卫星控制系统为应用背景,完成了原理样机研制,涵盖硬件电路设计与软件体系架构.为解决异构传感器的通用接入问题,设计了附加传感器接口模块;同时基于SpaceWire时间码机制,优化了即插即用系统同步网络实现方法.最后通过地面试验验证表明:该体系结构不仅有效支持了星载计算机的快速集成与重构,同时能够稳定支撑卫星姿态控制系统的闭环运行,验证了其在快速响应空间任务中的工程适用性.
To address the limitations of long system integration cycle and difficult expansion caused by the heterogeneity of interfaces and software are protocols in traditional on-board com-puter(OBC),the technical system represented by the Space Plug and Play Electronic System Ar-chitecture(SPA)in the United States is studied,and a on-board computer architecture design scheme based on the SpaceWire bus is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the fundamental principles and implementation methodologies of plug-and-play technology are elaborated to ensure that the designed system is compatible with the SPA standard.Secondly,with the satellite attitude and control system(AOCS)as the application background,a proof-of-concept prototype is devel-oped,encompassing both hardware implementation and software architecture.To resolve univer-sality issues,an additional sensor interface module is designed.Furthermore,the synchronization network mechanism of the electronic system is improved using a SpaceWire time-code based de-sign.Finally,ground experiments demonstrate that the proposed architecture effectively sup-ports the rapid integration of on-board computers and enables stable closed-loop operation of the satellite AOCS.
