Application Research of Spacecraft Thermal Balance Test Methods Based on External Heat Flux Equivalence
开展基于外热流等效的航天器热平衡试验方法应用研究.首先,阐述航天器热平衡试验等效理论与条件.然后,阐述在轨吸收外热流的确定方法,作为实施等效热平衡试验的输入条件.最后,分别探讨红外热流法、加热器直接加热法2类外热流等效热平衡试验具体的应用实例.在探讨热平衡试验方法的过程中,结合航天器常见工程实际,总结提炼了一些注意事项,例如外热流分析应遵循真实温度场原则、采用直接加热法的加热功率为扣除试验过程吸收背景热流的外热流、试验后热分析模型修正的吸收热流与热流计获取的吸收热流的等效条件、热流计的布局必须覆盖不同温区,可供航天器热平衡试验设计参考.
Application research of spacecraft thermal balance test methods based on external heat flux equivalence is presented.Firstly,the theoretical basis and conditions for equivalent thermal balance test are elaborated.Subsequently,the methodology for determining on-orbit absorbed external heat flux is established as the input condition for implementing equivalent tests.Finally,specific application cases for two external heat flux equivalence methods-the infrared heat flux method and the direct heater heating method-are discussed.Combined with common spacecraft engineering practices,some important precautions are summarized to guide test design.These precautions include:adherence to the principle of the real temperature field in external heat flux analysis;calculation of heating power in the direct heater method as the external heat flux exclu-ding the background heat flux absorbed during test;equivalence conditions between the absorbed heat flux corrected by the post-test thermal analysis model and that measured by heat flux gau-ges;and the requirement for heat flux gauge layouts to cover distinct temperature zones.These findings provide a valuable reference for spacecraft thermal balance test design.
