苦参有效成分能够抑制肿瘤细胞增殖与代谢重编程,阻断糖酵解和脂质代谢,调控细胞周期并激活自噬,从而限制肿瘤生长.苦参有效成分可抑制肿瘤细胞侵袭与转移,阻断磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶/蛋白激酶B、Wnt/β-连环蛋白及c-Myc信号,逆转上皮—间质转化,降低细胞迁移和侵袭能力.苦参有效成分可抑制肿瘤血管生成,通过下调血管内皮生长因子及密蛋白-9表达,阻断血管生成及血管生成拟态.苦参有效成分可抑制肿瘤恶性行为,上调第10号染色体缺失磷酸酶及张力蛋白同源基因活性,阻断c-Jun氨基末端激酶及Wnt/β-连环蛋白信号,调控特定环状RNA及长链非编码RNA表达,干预表观遗传及恶性信号网络.苦参有效成分能够诱导肿瘤细胞程序性死亡,包括激活线粒体凋亡、促进铁死亡与自噬,并抑制核因子-κB信号通路.苦参有效成分能够增强机体抗肿瘤免疫功能,抑制程序性死亡配体1活性,调节辅助性T细胞1/辅助性T细胞2平衡,并调控Toll样受体4/核因子-κB通路,强化免疫监视和杀伤效应.苦参有效成分可增强抗肿瘤治疗效应,通过逆转化疗耐药性、协同增效化疗药物,并提高放疗敏感性,增强综合治疗效果.
