新疆褐牛(肉用类型)抗逆性强、肌内脂肪含量高、生长速度快,目前其饲养主要采用放牧、舍饲、半放牧半舍饲3种模式.放牧模式依赖天然草场且进行了技术优化,但仍面临生态压力、季节限制以及管理不够充分等困难;舍饲模式育肥效率高,肉牛生长和繁殖性能表现突出,但受到饲料成本、环境管控以及肉品质和风味等方面的制约;半放牧半舍饲模式融合前两者优势,但存在管理复杂、季节转换应激等挑战.为应对当前困境,本文梳理了3种饲养模式的概况与存在问题及其对新疆褐牛(肉用类型)生长性能与繁殖性能的影响,并对未来研究方向进行了展望,可为肉牛养殖提质增效提供实践思路.

Xinjiang brown cattle(meat type)have strong adaptability,high intramuscular fat content and fast growth rate.Currently,their rearing mainly adopts three modes:grazing,stall feeding and semi-grazing semi-stall feeding.The grazing mode relies on natural pastures and has undergone technical optimization,but still faces ecological pressure,seasonal restrictions and insufficient management.The stall feeding mode has high fattening efficiency and outstanding growth and reproductive performance of beef cattle,but is constrained by feed costs,environmental control and meat quality and flavor.The semi-grazing semi-stall feeding mode combines the advantages of the former two,but has challenges such as complex management and stress during seasonal transitions.To address the current predicament,this paper reviews the overview and existing problems of the three rearing modes and their impact on the growth and reproductive perfor-mance of Xinjiang brown cattle(meat type),and looks forward to future research directions,which can provide practical ideas for improving the quality and efficiency of beef cattle breeding.
