替抗产品球特威和益嘉康治疗犊牛球虫性腹泻效果评价OA

Evaluation of the Therapeutic Effect of Substitute Anti Drug Products Qiutewei and Yijia Kang on Calves Coccidial Diarrhea

为了了解替抗产品的实际使用效果,本试验以3~6月龄因球虫寄生导致腹泻的90头西门塔尔犊牛为研究对象,均分为3组进行球虫病治疗试验,A组用抗生素盐酸氨丙啉-磺胺喹噁啉钠可溶性粉治疗,B组用替抗产品球特威和益嘉康治疗,C组不治疗作为对照,以粪便状况、球虫感染率及每克粪便中的虫卵或卵囊数(oocysts per gram,OPG)为主要疗效评价指标.结果显示,A组、B组病牛用药后,分别有93.3%和90.0%的犊牛粪便恢复正常;在显微镜下对粪便样本继续进行观察,显示A组、B组犊牛的球虫感染率由100%分别下降至3.3%和6.7%,而对照组仍为100%;A组、B组犊牛粪便平均OPG分别为182和240个/g,而阴性对照组仍高达502个/g.表明球特威和益嘉康对犊牛因球虫感染导致的腹泻临床治疗效果较好,可以代替抗生素进行肉牛球虫病防控.

To understand the practical application effect of antibiotic alternatives,90 Simmental calves aged 3 to 6 months with diarrhea caused by coccidiosis were selected for this experiment and divided into three groups for the treatment of coccidiosis Group A was treated with the antibiotic amprolium hydrochloride-sulfadoxine sodium soluble powder,Group B was treated with the antibiotic alternatives products Qiutewei and Yijia Kang,and Group C was taken as the control group.The main efficacy evaluation indicators were the fecal condition,coccidiosis infection rate,and the number of oocysts per gram(OPG)in the feces.The results showed that after treatment,93.3%and 90.0%of the calves in Group A and Group B had their fe-ces returned to normal,respectively.Further observation of the fecal samples under a microscope showed that the coccidiosis infection rates of the calves in Group A and Group B decreased from 100%to 3.3%and 6.7%,respectively,while the control group remained at 100%.The average OPG of the calves in Group A and Group B was 182 and 240 per gram respectively,while that of the negative control group still had a high OPG of 502 per gram.This indicates that Qiutewei and Yijia Kang have good clinical therapeutic effects on diarrhea in calves caused by coccidiosis and can be used as alternatives for the prevention and control of coccidiosis in beef cattle.
