千金苇茎汤及其加减方治疗非小细胞肺癌机制的研究进展OA

This paper reviews the mechanisms of Qianjin Weijing Decoction and its modified formulas in treating non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)based on literature analysis.The core TCM pathogenesis is phlegm-heat,stasis and toxin accumulating in the lung due to qi deficiency,exogenous pathogens and emo-tional disorders.In Qianjin Weijing Decoction,active ingredients from reed rhizome inhibit tumor proliferation,induce apoptosis and reverse drug resistance by regulating PI3K/Akt and JAK2/STAT6 pathways;coix seed oil and polysaccharides suppress malignant behaviors via JAK2/STAT3 pathway and cholesterol metabolism regulation;amygdalin from peach kernel exerts anti-metastatic and immunomodulatory effects by downregulating matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs)and modulating Hippo-YAP/PD-L1 axis;phenolics and stigmasterol from wax gourd seed improve tumor microenvironment through anti-oxidant,anti-inflammatory and synergistic effects.Qianjin Weijing Decoction and its modified formulas inhibit tumor growth and induce apoptosis by regulating ATF2,JAK2/STAT3 and MAPK pathways,correct immune imbalance and inhibit inflammation to modulate tumor microenvironment,and downregulate VEGF and MMP activity to exert anti-angiogenic and anti-metastatic effects.Modifications should be made according to syndromes such as phlegm-heat binding,qi-yin deficiency and stasis-toxin accumulation to enhance anti-inflammatory,immune-regulating and coagulation-modulating effects.
