失能老人中医护理服务需求现状及影响因素分析OA
Analysis of the Current Status and Influencing Factors of Demand for TCM Nursing Services Among Disabled Elderly People
目的:探讨失能老人中医护理服务需求现状及影响因素.方法:对西安市10家街道社区服务中心的1 222例失能老人进行调查,记录临床资料,并发放我院自制的中医护理服务需求调查问卷,根据调查结果采用多元线性回归分析失能老人中医护理服务需求的影响因素.结果:本次调查的1 222例失能老人中医护理服务需求评分为(95.16±10.32)分,处于较高水平.其中性别、文化程度、是否接触过中医护理知识及中医治疗史是失能老人中医护理服务需求的影响因素(P<0.05).结论:失能老人中医护理服务需求度较高,且受多种因素影响,相关部门应结合失能老人性别、文化程度等多方面情况,广泛科普中医护理服务相关知识及技能,以改善和提高失能老人的生活质量.
Objective:To investigate the current status and influencing factors of demand for TCM nursing services among disabled elderly individuals.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1 222 disabled elderly people from 10 community service centers in Xi'an.Clinical data were collected,and multiple linear regression was used to analyze influencing factors.Results:The mean demand score for TCM nursing services was(95.16±10.32),indicating a relatively high level.Gender,educational level,previous exposure to TCM nursing knowledge and history of TCM treatment were independent influencing factors(P<0.05).Conclusion:Disabled elderly people have a high demand for TCM nursing services,which is affected by multiple factors.Relevant departments should popularize TCM nursing knowledge and skills based on gender,education level and other characteristics to improve the quality of life of disabled elderly individuals.
