油菜还田与栽插期对甘薯产质量及效益的影响OA

Effects of Rapeseed Residue Incorporation and Transplanting Date on Yield,Quality,and Economic Benefits of Sweetpotato

为筛选豫西旱地油菜-甘薯高效种植模式,本研究以普薯32为材料,探讨油菜还田方式(根茬还田、全量还田、冬闲田,分别记为R、Q、W)与栽插期(早期、适期、晚期,分别记为D1、D2、D3)对甘薯产量、品质及经济效益的影响.结果表明,与W处理相比,Q处理显著提升了蔓长、分枝数和单株结薯数,其中QD1处理的表现最佳,分别为225.00 cm、16.00和4.83个/株.还田方式与栽插期均显著影响产量,表现为Q>R>W,D1>D2>D3.QD1处理的产量最高,达23.98 t·hm-2,分别较RD1和WD1增产26.75%和19.96%.Q处理显著提高了薯块可溶性糖含量,平均较R和W高2.61和3.12个百分点,其中QD3处理最高,为19.78%;淀粉和还原糖含量受栽插期影响极显著,在D2栽插期达到最高;Q处理有利于早期移栽条件下粗蛋白的积累,QD1处理的粗蛋白含量最高,为17.81%.与W相比,Q处理显著增加二级薯和三级薯比例.Q和R处理的产值平均较W提高19.60%和4.88%;D1处理产值较D2和D3提高17.06%~27.23%和42.83%~60.20%;QD1因早上市具备均价优势,甘薯产值达94 001.60元·hm-2.综上,油菜全量还田(Q)结合甘薯早期移栽(D1)可以优化甘薯农艺性状、产量和经济性状,是豫西旱地油菜—甘薯轮作的最优模式,对提升旱地复种指数与粮油增产增效具有重要意义.

To screen high-efficiency cropping systems for rapeseed-sweetpotato rotation in drylands of western Henan,this study investigated the effects of rapeseed incorporation methods(root stubble incorporation,full incorporation,and winter fallow,denoted as R,Q,and W,respectively)and transplanting dates(early,appropriate,and late,denoted as D1,D2,and D3,respectively)on the yield,quality,and economic benefits of sweetpotato using the cultivar Pushu 32.The results showed that:Compared with the W treatment,Q treatment significantly increased vine length,branch and tuber number per plant,with the QD1 treatment showing the best performance,reaching 225.00 cm,16.00 branches per plant,and 4.83 tubers per plant,respectively.Both incorporation methods and transplanting dates significantly affected yield,with the order of effectiveness being Q>R>W and D1>D2>D3.The QD1 treatment achieved the highest yield of 23.98 t·hm-2,which was 26.75%and 19.96%higher than RD1 and WD1,respectively.Q treatment significantly increased the soluble sugar content of tubers,averaging 2.61 and 3.12 percentage points higher than R and W,respectively,with QD3 reaching the highest value of 19.78%.Starch and reducing sugar contents were significantly influenced by transplanting date,reaching the maximum under the D2.Q treatment favored crude protein accumulation under early transplanting conditions,with QD1 achieving the highest crude protein content of 17.81%.Compared with W,Q treatment significantly increased the proportion of secondary and tertiary marketable tubers.Specifically,the output value of Q and R treatments increased by an average of 19.60%and 4.88%,respectively.The output value of D1 treatment was 17.06%-27.23%and 42.83%-60.20%higher than D2 and D3,respectively.Due to early market availability,QD1 achieved a higher average price,with a sweetpotato output value of 94 001.60 CNY·hm-2.In conclusion,full rapeseed incorporation(Q)combined with early sweetpotato transplanting(D1)can optimize agronomic traits,yield,and economic characteristics of sweetpotato,serving as the optimal pattern for rapeseed-sweetpotato rotation in drylands of western Henan.This approach is of great significance for improving the multiple cropping index and enhancing the grain-oil productivity and efficiency in dryland areas.
