为筛选新型植物多糖抗氧化产品,本研究以变色鸢尾、路易斯安那鸢尾和香根鸢尾的根茎为材料,基于超声波辅助法提取鸢尾粗多糖,对含量进行检测并分析其抗氧化功效.结果表明,变色鸢尾的粗多糖含量较高(达17.40%),显著高于路易斯安那鸢尾(4.68%)和香根鸢尾(4.94%);变色鸢尾粗多糖在抗氧化活性测试中表现较为突出,当粗多糖浓度为1.0 mg·mL-1时,变色鸢尾粗多糖对1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)自由基的清除率达98.02%,极显著高于路易斯安那鸢尾(46.86%)和香根鸢尾(54.21%);纯化处理后,变色鸢尾和香根鸢尾多糖的DPPH自由基清除率、2,2'-联氮-双-3-乙基苯并噻唑啉-6-磺酸阳离子(ABTS+)自由基清除率和总还原力均显著下降,但纯化后3种鸢尾多糖对羟自由基的清除能力均极显著上升.综上可知,鸢尾多糖对DPPH自由基、羟自由基、ABTS+自由基均具有较强清除能力,且变色鸢尾多糖的效果较为突出,具有较大的应用潜力.本研究为鸢尾多糖新型天然抗氧化产品的开发提供了科学依据.

To screen novel antioxidant products derived from plant polysaccharides,this study utilized the rhizomes of Iris versicolor,I.×Louisiana,and I.pallida as materials.An ultrasonic-assisted extraction system was optimized to isolate crude polysaccharides,followed by quantification and comprehensive antioxidant efficacy evaluation.The results demonstrated that I.versicolor exhibited higher crude polysaccharide content at 17.40%,significantly surpassing I.×Louisiana(4.68%)and I.pallida(4.94%).In antioxidant activity tests,I.versicolor crude polysaccharide showed more remarkable performance,achieving a DPPH radical scavenging rate of 98.02%at the concentration of 1.0 mg·mL-¹,which was substantially higher than that of I.×Louisiana(46.86%)and I.pallida(54.21%).After purification,the DPPH and ABTS+radical scavenging rate,and total reducing power of I.versicolor and I.pallida polysaccharides significantly decreased.However,the hydroxyl radical scavenging ability of all three purified Iris polysaccharides exhibited an extremely significant improvement.Comprehensive evaluation of these indicators revealed that Iris polysaccharides possess strong scavenging capabilities against DPPH radicals,hydroxyl radicals,and ABTS+radicals,with I.versicolor polysaccharide demonstrating the most outstanding performance and considerable application potential.This study provides a scientific basis for the development of novel natural antioxidant products derived from Iris polysaccharides.
