[目的]针对家庭园艺中化学保鲜剂存在的残留风险以及清水保鲜效果不佳等问题,以湖南地区玉蝶梅(Prunus mume f.albo-plena)鲜切花为材料,开发一种绿色高效的保鲜技术.[方法]采用食品级蔗糖、复合肥、乙酸和维生素 C 配制复合保鲜液,设置 CK1(纯净水)、CK2(3.0%蔗糖+200 mg/L 8-羟基喹啉柠檬酸盐)及3 个处理组(处理 A:添加维生素 C;处理 B:添加乙酸;处理 C:添加乙酸+维生素 C).采用单因素方差分析对瓶插寿命、花径、花朵脱落率、水分利用效率等指标进行差异显著性检验(P<0.05),并采用 Duncan 法进行多重比较.[结果]处理C(3.0%蔗糖+0.1%复合肥+0.35%乙酸+0.1%维生素 C)的保鲜效果最佳.其瓶插寿命达(20.0±0.5)d,较 CK1(纯净水)和 CK2(3.0%蔗糖+200 mg/L 8-HQC)分别显著延长 53.8%和 22.7%;盛花期花径较 CK1 显著增加19.0%,花朵脱落率降低65.7%;水分利用效率较 CK1 显著提高32.8%;溶液利用率较 CK2 显著提高 27.6%.此外,该配方的开花率、日均吸水量等指标亦优于对照,表明其在延长观赏期、改善开花品质及提高水分利用方面具有综合优势.[结论]处理 C 的复合配方可能通过营养供给、抗氧化与抑菌的协同作用,实现延长保鲜期、提升观赏品质与提高水分利用效率的协同增效,为玉蝶梅鲜切花的家庭保鲜提供了一种安全、高效的绿色技术方案.

[Objective]To address the residual risks associated with chemical preservatives in home gardening and the low efficiency of water preservation,a green and efficient preservation technology was developed using fresh cut flowers of Prunus mume f.albo-plena from Hunan Province as the experimental material.[Method]A composite preservation solution was prepared using food-grade sucrose,compound fertilizer,acetic acid,and vitamin C.The experimental design included CK1(purified water),CK2[3.0%sucrose+200 mg/L 8-hydroxyquinoline citrate],and three treatment groups(Treatment A:ad-dition of vitamin C;Treatment B:addition of acetic acid;Treatment C:addition of acetic acid+vitamin C).One-way ANOVA was used to conduct significance tests for differences in indices including vase life,flower diameter,flower abscission rate,and water use efficiency(P<0.05),while Duncan's multi-ple range test was employed for multiple comparisons.[Result]The best preservation effect was observed in Treatment C(3.0%sucrose+0.1%compound fertilizer+0.35%acetic acid+0.1%vitamin C).The vase life reached(20.0±0.5)days,which was significantly prolonged by 53.8%and 22.7%com-pared to CK1(purified water)and CK2(3.0%sucrose+200 mg/L 8-HQC),respectively.During the peak flowering period,the flower diameter was significantly increased by 19.0%compared to CK1,while the shedding rate decreased by 65.7%.The water use efficiency significantly increased by 32.8%com-pared to CK1,and the solution utilization rate was significantly improved by 27.6%compared to CK2.Furthermore,indicators such as flowering rate and daily water absorption were also superior to those of the control groups,indicating that this formula possesses comprehensive advantages in prolonging the vie-wing period,improving flowering quality,and enhancing water use efficiency.[Conclusion]The compos-ite formula of Treatment C may achieve a synergistic effect by combining nutrient supply with antioxidant and antibacterial properties,thereby extending vase life,improving ornamental quality,and enhancing water use efficiency.This study provides a safe and efficient green technology solution for the home pres-ervation of P.mume f.albo-plena fresh cut flowers.
