施用有机物料对稻烟轮作土壤真菌群落的影响效应OA
Effect of Organic Material Application on Soil Fungal Community
[目的]探明有机物料对稻烟轮作土壤微生态的改良效应.[方法]以烤烟云烟 87 为试验品种.设置单施化肥[CK:纯化肥基肥(1 050 kg/hm2)]与化肥配施发酵饼肥(T1 纯化肥基肥(975 kg/hm2)+发酵饼肥(450 kg/hm2))、稻草还田[T2 纯化肥基肥(975 kg/hm2)+稻草翻压还田(5 250 kg/hm2)]及两者联用[T3 纯化肥基肥(900 kg/hm2)+发酵饼肥(450 kg/hm2)+稻草翻压还田(5 250 kg/hm2)]处理,上部烟叶成熟期采集土壤样品,并通过 SPSS,R 语言和 OTU 分析等方法测定分析不同处理的土壤理化性质及土壤真菌群落多样性和结构组成差异.[结果]与 CK 处理相比,有机物料配施处理虽未显著改变土壤真菌 Alpha 多样性,但显著改变了群落结构(P<0.05),其中 T3 处理影响最强.有机物料配施处理显著降低了担子菌门和隔孢伏革菌科的相对丰度,其相对丰度与土壤有机质和有效磷含量呈显著负相关;同时显著增加了肉座菌科的相对丰度(P<0.05).与 CK 处理相比,腐生、病原和共生微生物并没有显著差异,而有机物料配施处理的植物病原菌相对丰度均显著降低(P<0.05),最低T2 处理降低了33.90%,以 T3 处理效果最佳,为 59.24%.此外,T3 处理还增加了外生菌根真菌相对丰度.[结论]在稻烟轮作田块上,化肥配施发酵饼肥与稻草还田(T3)是改善烟田土壤健康的有效施肥方法.
[Objective]To investigate the ameliorative effects of organic materials on the soil micro-e-cology in rice-tobacco rotation systems.[Method]The experimental variety was the flue-cured tobacco Yunyan 87.Treatments included the application of chemical fertilizer alone[CK:base application of pure chemical fertilizer(1 050 kg/hm2)],chemical fertilizer combined with fermented cake fertilizer[T1:base application of pure chemical fertilizer(975 kg/hm2)+fermented cake fertilizer(450 kg/hm2)],rice straw incorporation[T2:pure chemical fertilizer as basal application(975 kg/hm2)+rice straw in-corporation(5 250 kg/hm2)],and a combination of the two[T3:pure chemical fertilizer as basal appli-cation(900 kg/hm2)+fermented cake fertilizer(450 kg/hm2)+straw incorporation(5 250 kg/hm2)].Soil samples were collected during the upper leaf maturation stage.The physicochemical properties of the soil,as well as differences in fungal community diversity and structural composition across the different treatments,were determined and analyzed using SPSS,R and OTU analysis.[Result]Compared with the control(CK)treatment,the application of organic materials did not significantly alter soil fungal alpha diversity but significantly altered community structure(P<0.05),with the T3 treatment having the stron-gest effect.The application of organic matter significantly reduced the relative abundance of the Basidio-mycota and Peniophoraceae,with these relative abundances showing a significant negative correlation with soil organic matter and available phosphorus contents;simultaneously,it significantly increased the relative abundance of the Hypocreaceae(P<0.05).Compared with the CK treatment,there were no sig-nificant differences in saprophytic,pathogenic and symbiotic microorganisms,whilst the relative abun-dance of plant pathogens in the organic matter application treatments was significantly reduced(P<0.05),with the lowest reduction of 33.90%observed in the T2 treatment and the greatest effect of 59.24%in the T3 treatment.Furthermore,the T3 treatment also increased the relative abundance of ec-tomycorrhizal fungi.[Conclusion]In rice-tobacco rotation fields,the application of chemical fertilizers combined with fermented cake fertilizer and rice straw return(T3)is an effective fertilization strategy for improving soil health in tobacco-growing field.
