Effects of Reseeding on Plant Community and Soil Properties in Wasteland Grassland of Purple Soils

[目的]本研究旨在探究不同补播模式对紫色土荒坡草地植物群落与土壤特性的影响,为该区域及相似生境的生态恢复提供科学依据与技术参考.[方法]以紫色土荒坡草地为研究对象,设置禾本科牧草混播(B1)、豆科牧草混播(B2)、禾本科+豆科牧草混播(B3)3 种补播模式,开展定位观测与系统分析,明确不同模式下植物群落特征与土壤理化、生物学性质的变化规律,揭示二者间的耦合关联.[结果](1)牧草补播显著降低了植物群落密度,显著提高了群落盖度、Margalef 指数、Simpson 指数与 Shannon-Wiener 指数;地上生物总量以 B3 模式提升最为显著.(2)牧草补播显著降低了土壤容重与电导率,显著提高了土壤全磷含量及0~10 cm 土层有机碳、全氮、微生物量碳和土壤微生物量氮含量.(3)除土壤全钾外,植物群落特征与其余土壤性质之间存在显著相关.(4)主成分分析显示,0~10 cm 土层有机碳、全氮、微生物量碳与氮含量,以及10~20 cm 土层全磷含量、pH、容重和电导率是驱动植物群落特征变化的关键因子.[结论]禾本科+豆科牧草混播(B3)在提升紫色土荒坡草地生产力、优化植物群落结构及改善土壤环境方面效果最为突出,可作为该区域及相似生境生态恢复的优先推荐模式.

[Objective]This study aimed to investigate the effects of different reseeding patterns on plant communities and soil properties in purple soil hilly grasslands,and to provide a scientific basis and technical reference for ecological restoration in this region and similar habitats.[Method]Taking purple soil hilly grasslands as the research object,three reseeding patterns were set up:gramineous forage mixed sowing(B1),leguminous forage mixed sowing(B2),and gramineous and leguminous forage mixed so-wing(B3).Fixed-position observations and systematic analyses were carried out to clarify the variation rules of plant community characteristics and soil physicochemical/biological properties under different patterns,and to reveal the coupling relationships between them.[Result](1)Forage reseeding signifi-cantly reduced plant community density,while significantly increasing community coverage,Margalef in-dex,Simpson index,and Shannon-Wiener index;the aboveground total biomass was most significantly increased under the B3 pattern.(2)Forage reseeding significantly decreased soil bulk density and elec-trical conductivity,and significantly increased soil total phosphorus content,as well as the contents of soil organic carbon,total nitrogen,microbial biomass carbon(MBC),and microbial biomass nitrogen(MBN)in the 0~10 cm soil layer.(3)Except for soil total potassium,there were significant correla-tions between plant community characteristics and other soil properties.(4)Principal component analysis(PCA)revealed that soil organic carbon,total nitrogen,MBC,and MBN in the 0~10 cm layer,as well as total phosphorus,pH,bulk density,and electrical conductivity in the 10~20 cm layer,were the key factors driving changes in plant community characteristics.[Conclusion]The grass-legume mixed sowing pattern(B3)had the most prominent effects on improving the productivity of purple soil hilly grasslands,optimizing plant community structure,and ameliorating soil environment,and can be used as the pre-ferred recommended pattern for ecological restoration in this region and similar habitats.
