Phenotypic Diversity Evaluation of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica Germplasm Resources in Fujia Mechanized Forest Farm
[目的]揭示樟子松(Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica)不同种源的表型分化程度和变异规律.[方法]以昌图县付家机械林场樟子松良种基地来自4 个种源的74 份种质资源为研究对象,对樟子松的小枝、针叶和叶鞘共7 个表型性状进行遗传多样性及遗传分化分析.[结果]樟子松7 个表型性状在种群内和种群间均存在显著差异,整体遗传变异较为丰富;表型变异系数范围为1.97%~18.93%(均值为 10.42%),多样性指数为 1.95~2.04(均值为1.99);各性状变异程度由大到小依次为:小枝宽>松针宽>松针长>小枝长>松针厚>叶鞘宽>叶鞘长.樟子松种源间表型分化系数(Vst)均值为51.50%,说明种群内和种群间的变异程度相当;其中松针长和叶鞘宽的种源间变异较大,分别占总体变异的83.50%和84.38%,松针宽的种源间变异也大于种源内,占总变异的 68.75%,其他表型性状的变异主要来源于种源内.[结论]樟子松不同种源间表型变异丰富,部分性状(如松针长、叶鞘宽、松针宽)以种源间变异为主,而多数性状以种源内变异占主导.研究结果可为樟子松种质资源的高效利用与遗传改良提供科学依据.
[Objective]To reveal the phenotypic differentiation degree and variation patterns among different provenances of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica.[Method]A total of 74 germplasm resources from four provenances at the Superior Seed Base of the Fujia Mechanized Forest Farm in Changtu County were studied.Genetic diversity and genetic differentiation of seven phenotypic traits,including twig,needle,and sheath characteristics,were investigated.[Result]Significant differences were observed for the seven phenotypic traits both within and among populations,indicating abundant overall genetic variation.The phenotypic variation coefficient ranged from 1.97%to 18.93%(mean 10.42%),and the diversity index ranged from 1.95 to 2.04(mean 1.99).The degree of variation for the traits,in descending or-der,was:twig width>needle width>needle length>twig length>needle thickness>sheath width>sheath length.The mean phenotypic differentiation coefficient(Vst)among provenances was 51.50%,indicating comparable levels of variation within and among populations.Specifically,among-provenance variation was relatively large for needle length and sheath width,accounting for 83.50%and 84.38%of the total variation,respectively.Among-provenance variation for needle width(68.75%of total varia-tion)was also greater than within-provenance variation.Variation in the other phenotypic traits was pri-marily derived from within-provenance sources.[Conclusion]Phenotypic variation among different prove-nances of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica is abundant.Some traits(e.g.,needle length,sheath width,needle width)exhibit variation primarily among provenances,while most traits are dominated by within-provenance variation.These findings provide a scientific basis for the efficient utilization and genetic im-provement of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica germplasm resources.
