基于空间句法的工业遗产社区空间分析与活化研究OA

Spatial syntax-based analysis and revitalization study of industrial heritage communities:A Case of Jiyuan 531 Project Headquarters

城市存量更新背景下,三线建设工业遗产社区正面临历史文脉衰退与人口老龄化的双重挑战.以河南省济源市531工程总指挥部为研究对象,通过54份实地调查问卷与行为注记获取核心高龄群体的微观出行特征,利用空间句法构建轴线模型(全局)与线段模型(局部),对社区空间结构与可达性进行量化分析.研究发现:社区外部交通依赖单一国道G327且内部断头路多,导致全局整合度差异显著;通过交叉验证老年群体实际出行特征与局部整合度发现,核心区域局部可达性虽高,但整体可理解度偏低(R2=0.197 366),空间结构呈现"局部集聚、整体割裂"的特征,导致社区空间认知性较差,影响老年群体的日常出行与公共活动.基于实地调研与空间句法分析结果,提出织补交通网络节点、植入工业记忆以提升空间认知、推动闲置遗产功能复合与活化利用等保护性策略.

In the context of urban stock renewal,Third-Front industrial heritage communities face the dual challenges of declining historical context and population aging.Taking the 531 Project General Headquarters community in Jiyuan City,Henan Province,as the research object,this study adopts a combined approach of field investigation and space syntax analysis to explore the spatial revitalization path of industrial heritage communities under aging conditions.Through 54 field questionnaires and behavioral observations,the micro-scale travel characteristics of the elderly population were obtained.Meanwhile,space syntax was applied to construct axial models and segment models for the quantitative analysis of the community's spatial structure and accessibility.The results show that the community's external transportation mainly relies on the single G327 National Highway,while numerous internal dead-end roads result in significant differences in global integration.By cross-validating the actual travel characteristics of elderly residents with local integration analysis,it is confirmed that although the core area has relatively high local accessibility,its overall spatial intelligibility remains low(R2=0.197 366).The spatial structure presents characteristics of"local concentration and overall fragmentation",which weakens spatial cognition and further affects the travel behavior and public activities of elderly residents.Based on the results of field investigations and spatial analysis,this study proposes protective revitalization strategies,including improving transportation network connectivity,incorporating industrial memory to strengthen spatial cognition,and promoting the functional reuse of idle heritage spaces.The research provides a reference for the sustainable renewal and age-friendly transformation of similar Third-Front industrial heritage communities.
