基于4E体验的商业街区空间品质评价及优化策略研究OA

Against the backdrop of the experience economy,commercial districts—as critical spatial carrier for fueling urban consumption dynamism and embodying cultural perceptions—are constrained by deficien-cies in spatial quality.To systematically assess and address this issue,this study develops a spatial quality evaluation framework for commercial districts from the 4E(entertainnent,education,escape and esthetics)ex-perience perspective.Taking Hefei Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street as an empirical case,this research inte-grates street view data,space syntax analysis results,and field investigation data,and employs ArcGIS for analytical processing.The findings indicate that the overall spatial quality of this district is at a moderate lev-el:the main street is relatively well-developed,whereas the spatial configuration of some branch alleys is inadequate,resulting in an unbalanced development pattern.Building upon these findings,appropriate opti-mization strategies are proposed from four aspects:hierarchical guidance of commercial formats,integration of cultural elements,spatial interface design,and efficiency of traffic organization,with the aim of offering theoretical underpinnings and practical guidelines for enhancing the spatial quality of commercial districts,thereby facilitating their long-term prosperity.
