侧向冲击作用下CFST梁柱子结构抗冲击性能研究OA
Research on impact resistance of CFST beam-column substructure under lateral impact
钢管混凝土(concrete-filled steel tube,CFST)梁柱结构在服役阶段常承受轴向压力与侧向冲击的耦合作用.为揭示该耦合工况下结构的抗冲击性能规律,采用ABAQUS有限元软件建立CFST梁柱子结构模型,结合已完成的轴力-冲击耦合试验验证建模方法的有效性,系统分析轴压比、冲击质量与冲击位置对结构抗冲击性能的影响规律.结果表明:轴压比由0.5提升至0.7,柱体侧向变形峰值增大267.35 mm,结构动力响应时间有所延长,但对冲击力峰值无明显影响;冲击质量由1.9 t 增至4.5 t,柱体侧向变形峰值增大1.77倍,结构应力扩散范围显著拓宽;冲击位置由0.84 m增至1.39 m时,柱体侧向位移增幅为15%;继续增至1.69 m 则小幅下降.冲击点越靠近柱中,结构动力响应时间越长.研究成果可为 CFST梁柱子结构抗冲击设计提供理论依据.
Concrete-Filled Steel Tubular(CFST)beam-column structures are often subjected to the coupling action of axial compression and lateral impact during their service life.To reveal the impact resistance of the structure under this working condition,this study established a numerical model of the CFST beam-column substructure based on the ABAQUS finite element analysis software.The modeling method was validated against existing axial compression-lateral impact coupling tests,and the effects of axial compression ratio,impact mass,and impact positionon the structural impact resistance were systematically investigated.The results show that when the axial compression ratio increases from 0.5 to 0.7,the peak lateral deformation of the column increases by 267.35 mm and the dynamic response time of the structure is prolonged,with no significant effect on the peak impact force.When the impact mass rises from 1.9 t to 4.5 t,the increase in impact kinetic energy leads to a 1.77-fold rise in the peak lateral deformation of the column and an expansion of the structural stress distribution range.When the impact position increases from 0.84 m to 1.39 m,the lateral displacement of the column increases by 15%,and it decreases slightly with a further rise to 1.69 m.The closer the impact point is to the mid-column,the longer the dynamic response time of the structure becomes.The results can provide a theoretical reference for the impact resistance design of CFST beam-column substructures.
