高精料饲粮对断奶育肥羔羊生长性能、血清生化指标、肠道菌群的影响OA
Effects of high-concentrate diet on growth performance,serum biochemical indices and intestinal microflora of weaned fattening lambs
试验旨在探究高精料饲粮对断奶育肥羔羊生长性能、血清生化指标及肠道菌群结构的影响.选取20只健康的断奶杂交羊♂(杜泊羊♂×湖羊♀),随机分为对照组和试验组,每组10只.试验组饲喂高精料饲粮(精粗比75∶25),对照组饲喂常规育肥饲粮(精粗比50∶50).试验期为60 d,进行羔羊生长性能、血清生化指标检测及肠道菌群16S rRNA测序分析.结果表明:①与对照组相比,试验组羔羊的终末体重、总增重和平均日增重均显著提高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05).②试验组血清总蛋白(TP)、尿素(UREA)与肌酐(CREA)含量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),总胆红素(TBIL)及血清中钾(K)、磷(P)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05).③肠道菌群门水平上,试验组C型厚壁菌门(Firmicutes-C)、A型厚壁菌门(Firmicutes-A)丰度分别极显著、显著低于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05),纤维杆菌门(Fibrobacterota)、担子菌门(Basidiomycota)丰度分别极显著、显著高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05).属水平上,试验组纤维杆菌属(Fibrobacter)、纳干氏酵母属(Naganishia)、副普雷沃氏菌属(Paraprevotella)、镰刀菌属(Fusarium)丰度分别极显著、显著高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05),小囊菌属(Microascus)丰度极显著低于对照组(P<0.01).肠道菌群功能预测显示,高富集通路为氨基酸代谢(amino acid metabolism)、碳水化合物代谢(carbohydrate metabolism)、辅因子和维生素的代谢(metabolism of cofactors and vitamins).综上所述,饲喂高精料饲粮可显著提高断奶育肥羔羊的生长性能,改善机体代谢状态,优化肠道微生态结构.
To investigate the effects of high-concentrate diet on growth performance,serum biochemical indices and intestinal microflora structure of weaned fattening lambs,a total of 20 healthy weaned male crossbred lambs(Dorper ♂×Hu sheep ♀)were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 10 lambs each group.The experimental group was fed a high-concentrate diet with a concentrate-to-roughage ratio of 75∶25,and the control group was fed a conventional fattening diet with a concentrate-to-roughage ratio of 50∶50.The experimental period lasted 60 days.Growth performance of lambs、serum biochemical indices were measured and intestinal microflora was analyzed by 16S rRNA sequencing.The results showed that:①Compared with control group,the final body weight,total weight gain and average daily gain of lambs in experimental group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed-to-gain ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05).②The contents of serum total protein(TP),urea(UREA)and creatinine(CREA)in experimental group were extremely significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01);the content of total bilirubin(TBIL)in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05);the contents of potassium(K)and phosphorus(P)in serum of experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).③ At the phylum level of intestinal microbiota,the relative abundances of Firmicutes-C and Firmicutes-A in the experimental group were extremely significantly and significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05),respectively.The relative abundances of Fibrobacterota and Basidiomycota were extremely significantly higher in the experimental group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).At the genus level,the experimental group showed extremely significantly and significantly higher abundances of Fibrobacter,Naganishia,Paraprevotella and Fusarium compared with the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The abundance of Microascus was extremely significantly lower in the experimental group(P<0.01).Functional prediction of intestinal microflora showed that the highly enriched pathways included amino acid metabolism,carbohydrate metabolism and metabolism of cofactors and vitamins.In conclusion,feeding high-concentrate diets could significantly improve the growth performance of weaned fattening lambs,ameliorate the body metabolic status,and optimize the intestinal microecological structure.
