Research progress on donkey reproductive physiology and breeding technology

驴是我国重要的传统畜禽种质资源,其繁育性能直接影响产业高质量发展与种质资源保护,而繁殖效率偏低、繁育技术体系滞后成为当前驴产业发展的核心制约因素.文章综述了驴繁殖生理与繁育技术的最新研究进展,系统阐述了驴生殖器官发育、发情周期调控、配子发生与受精、妊娠分娩等核心生理过程,明确了其激素分泌、分子调控及环境影响的物种特异性;梳理了人工授精、精液冷冻保存、同期发情与定时输精、胚胎工程等繁育技术的研究成果、应用现状及优化方案,同时介绍了精液品质评价、繁殖障碍的预防与治疗等辅助技术的发展情况,旨在为驴繁育技术优化与种质资源保护提供理论依据与技术支撑.

The donkey is an important traditional livestock genetic resource in China,and its breeding performance directly impacts the high-quality development of the industry and the conservation of genetic resources.However,low reproductive efficiency and relatively lagging-behind breeding technology systems remain the core constraints on the current development of the donkey industry.Firstly,this paper reviews the latest research progress on donkey reproductive physiology and breeding technologies,systematically elucidates core physiological characteristics,including reproductive organ development,estrous cycle regulation,gametogenesis,fertilization,pregnancy and parturition,while clarifying the species-specific aspects of hormonal secretion,molecular regulation and environmental influences.Secondly,this paper summarizes the research findings,current application status and optimization strategies of mainstream breeding technologies,such as artificial insemination,semen cryopreservation,estrus synchronization and timed artificial insemination,and embryo engineering.Thirdly,the development of assisted reproduction technologies including semen quality assessment and the prevention and control of reproductive disorders is discussed.This paper aims to provide a profound theoretical foundation and technical support for the optimization of donkey breeding technologies and the conservation of germplasm resources.
