奶牛子宫内膜炎是阻碍奶牛养殖业发展的重要繁殖系统疾病,传统治疗多以抗生素为主.但在"减抗、限抗"政策背景下,寻找安全、有效的抗生素替代方案已成为奶牛养殖行业的迫切需求.中药因兼具抑菌、抗炎、抗氧化及免疫调节等多重活性作用而展现出独特潜力,但中药复方成分复杂、作用机制尚不明确,限制了其精准化应用.从中药中分离和鉴定具有明确结构的活性单体,系统评价其药效并解析作用机制,是开发成分清晰、靶点明确的新型兽药的重要途径.文章综述了生物碱类、多酚类、鞣质类、黄酮类及二萜醌类等代表性活性单体对奶牛子宫内膜炎的治疗机制,从抑菌、抗炎、免疫调节、抗氧化及组织修复等多方面进行归纳总结,并进一步讨论了中药活性单体的体内代谢、靶点筛选及生物利用度等方面的局限性,并展望其未来研究方向,以期为其从基础研究向临床转化提供参考.

Bovine endometritis is a major reproductive disease that hinders the development of the dairy industry.Although traditional treatment relies primarily on antibiotics,the implementation of policies aimed at reducing and restricting antibiotic use has created an urgent need for safe and effective alternatives.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has demonstrated considerable potential owing to its multiple pharmacological activities,including antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant and immunomodulatory effects.However,the complex composition and unclear mechanisms of action of TCM formulas limit their precise clinical application.Isolating and identifying active monomers with well-defined chemical structures from TCM,along with systematically evaluating their efficacy and elucidating their underlying mechanisms,represents an important strategy for developing novel veterinary drugs with well-characterized components and explicit targets.This review systematically summarizes the therapeutic mechanisms of representative active monomers—including alkaloids,polyphenols,tannins,flavonoids,and diterpene quinones—against bovine endometritis.It covers their roles in exerting antibacterial activity,anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects,antioxidant capacity,tissue repair,and microecological regulation.Furthermore,this review discusses the current limitations of TCM active monomers,particularly in terms of in vivo metabolism,target identification,and bioavailability,and proposes future research directions to facilitate the translation of TCM active monomers from basic research to clinical application.
