高温变形过程中钛合金微观组织的晶体取向演变特征研究OA
Study on the Evolution of Crystallographic Orientation in Microstructure of Titanium Alloys During High-Temperature Deformation
片层α相球化对钛合金性能有重要作用,球化过程受自身的晶体取向及第二相的综合影响.通过热模拟压缩试验,研究了钛合金片层组织在球化过程中的晶体取向演变特征.结果表明,不同变形量的应力-应变变化趋势接近,均可分为加工硬化阶段和应力软化阶段,并且硬化峰值接近.但在组织特征方面却有所差别,50%变形量会使部分片层发生动态球化,而70%变形量会导致大量片层发生动态球化,这是因为随着变形的进行,原本细长的片层α相内部能量和位错逐渐积累,部分位置发生凹陷,最后由β相嵌入凹陷位置使片层发生断裂球化.在整个动态球化过程中,α相和β相始终保持近Burgers取向关系.基于球化过程中片状α相形态演变,进一步对其晶体取向及α/β相协调关系进行研究,从晶体学角度揭示片状α相的球化机理及α/β相协调演变规律,为研究球化过程中片状α相的晶体取向与β相之间的关系提供理论参考.
The globularization of α phase has an important effect on the properties of titanium alloys.The globularization process is influenced by the crystallographic orientation and the second phase.The characteristics of orientation evolution of lamellar structure of titanium alloy during globularization were studied by thermal simulation compression tests.The results show that the stress-strain variation trend of different deformation amounts is similar in the process of hot compression,which can be divided into work hardening stage and stress softening stage,and the hardening peak value is similar.However,there are some differences in the microstructure characteristics,50%deformation causes some lamellar dynamic globularization,while 70%deformation causes a large number of lamellar dynamic globularization.This is because with the progress of deformation,the energy and dislocation in the α phase of the lamella gradually accumulate,and some parts of the lamella sag.Finally the β phase is embedded in the sag,causing the lamella to fracture globularization.In the whole dynamic globularization process,α phase and β phase always maintain a nearly Burgers orientation relationship.Based on the morphological evolution of the α phase in the globularization process,the crystal orientation and α/β phase coordination relationship were further studied.The globularization mechanism and α/β phase coordination evolution law were revealed from the perspective of crystallography,and theoretical reference was provided for the study of the relationship between the crystal orientation of α phase and β phase in the globularization process.
