长三角区域居民直接碳排放变化趋势及影响因素研究OA
Research on trends and influencing factors of residents'direct carbon emissions in the Yangtze River Delta region
长三角区域作为中国经济最发达、城市化水平最高的区域,在推进绿色低碳发展、实现"双碳"国家战略、建设美丽中国中具有重要作用.基于 2012-2023年统计年鉴数据,采用排放清单法和 Kaya-LMDI模型,测算长三角区域居民直接碳排放及其影响因素.结果表明:长三角区域居民直接碳排放总量在研究期间呈现增长趋势,年均增长率为 4.81%,其中浙江省的累计增长率最高,达到 93.72%.分析表明,能源结构效应和能源强度效应是抑制居民直接碳排放的主要因素,而消费水平效应和人口规模效应则是推动碳排放增长的主要因素.基于此,提出推动能源结构低碳化转型、提升区域能源效率、引导绿色消费模式、优化人口布局与城市化治理等政策建议,以提升长三角区域协同减排与绿色发展能力.
The Yangtze River Delta,as the region with the most developed economy and the highest level of urbanization in China,plays a significant role in promoting green and low-carbon development,realizing the national"dual carbon"strategy,and building a Beautiful China Initiative.Based on data from 2012 to 2023 statistical yearbooks,the direct carbon emissions of residents in the Yangtze River Delta and their influencing factors were calculated using the emission inventory method and the Kaya-LMDI model.The results showed that the total direct carbon emissions of residents in the Yangtze River Delta region exhibited a growing trend during the study period,with an average annual growth rate of 4.81%.Among the provinces,the highest cumulative growth rate was observed in Zhejiang Province,reaching 93.72%.The analysis of influencing factors indicated that the energy structure effect and the energy intensity effect were identified as the main factors inhibiting direct carbon emissions from residents,whereas the consumption level effect and the population scale effect were found to be the primary drivers of increased carbon emissions.Based on these findings,policy recommendations were proposed,including promoting the low-carbon transformation of the energy structure,improving regional energy efficiency,guiding green consumption patterns,and optimizing population distribution and urbanization governance,in order to enhance the region's capacity for coordinated emission reduction and green development.
